Stayed Mar 16, 2026We were 100%,Unhappy with the invasion of our privacy. There is a fifth (Undisclosed) camera which made 3 x cameras being in the pool deck area. This 5th camera made an EXTRA camera, making 3 in total covering the pool deck area .This camera also was looking towards the back of the house and BBQ/Eating area at the back of the house. Why?We took steps to contact Owner/ Management Company about the 2 cameras in the pool area which were answered by an A.I.bot . This was not resolved or addressed so I resolved to regain our privacy from the 2 disclosed cameras. Imagine our SHOCK when we discovered the 3rd undisclosed camera in the pool deck area and our ANGER a week into our holiday!

Stayed Mar 20, 2024Property is ok but the pool heat is as very inconsistent. It did not work when we arrived and required a few emails, texts and calls. Once we were able to get in touch with property manager, he was quick to reply. In my opinion though the pool heat was pretty inconsistent throughout our stay. I did inquire about a refund but the request was avoided. We also had a few cockroaches show up later in our stay. Maybe normal for Florida during the time we stayed but not sure. Pool deck was dirty and needed a good wash. Screening on pool patio door was off but easily fixable. Kinda how everything was. Just needed some TLC. It probably would be fine with a younger family going to Disney every day.
