Welcome to the perfect vacation setup at 139 N Ryan in the Summer’s Edge community. This Seagrove home with a private pool and access to two community pools sleeps up to 12 guests across 4 bedrooms and a sleeping loft/bunk room. It’s dog-friendly and comes with 5 bikes for exploring the area.

The main living space combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a comfortable place for everyone to gather. Spend an evening watching a movie on the large TV or enjoy ahome-cooked meal (or takeout) at the dining table for 6, with 3 additional seats at the kitchen counter. Bedroom 1 is located on the 1st floor and features a twin-over-full bunk bed, a compact shower, a closet, and a TV, perfect for children but a bit snug for adults. Three more bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, and the sleeping loft is on the 3rd floor, accessed by a charming spiral staircase. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs, so everyone can enjoy their favorite shows. Off the 2nd floor landing, there is a convenient workspace.

Step outside and enjoy the private pool, with the home wrapping around it to create a cozy courtyard feel. Lounge in the sun, dine poolside, or fire up the gas grill for a backyard BBQ. If you are looking for more places to cool off, two community pools are just a short stroll away.

For those who love to explore, the Eastern Lake Trailhead is just across the street behind YOLO, offering trails for hiking and biking. Plus, you are close to local restaurants and shopping, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.

1st Floor, Bedroom 1: Twin-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle, TV and Shower Area. (small room for kids and not functional for adults)
2nd Floor Bedroom 2: King bed, TV and private bathroom with dual vanities, tub and shower.

Beach Access:
Head down N. Ryan Road and across Eastern Lake Road down S. Ryan. The beach access pergola is to the left of the pool. Take this path, turn right at the T and you'll see your beach access sign to take the boardwalk to your access.

Summer's Edge:
Summer’s Edge is tucked along quiet tree-lined streets where kids can ride bikes and play. Only one side of the main street is open while the other side is gated for owners, but rarely used. The neighborhood has 2 community pools, 1 at the end of S. Ryan (near the beach access point) that is heated seasonally and another pool on Chelsea Loop.

A starter set of amenities is provided: The kitchen includes paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods, kitchen wipes, trash liners, and laundry pods. Each bathroom has toilet paper, facial and bath soaps, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels include one body towel and washcloth per guest, plus two hand towels per bathroom.

    House needs some maintenance. Overall clean but Kitchen lacking regular drinking glasses fine if we wanted to drink Margaritas the whole time, 4 matching wine glasses, maybe 2 drinking glasses,and other utensis lwere not available. Also broken tile in kitchen and bathrooms. Dishwasher not working properly could not move bottom rack as wheels are broken also sounds like a jet engine while running. Rotton wood around doors, outside railing about to fall over. No gas in gas grill which we discovered on Christmas day. We have stayed at this home 3 times and it is just time to do somethings around the house easy to over look when it is season and you are at the beach the whole time but when spending more time in the home during off season hard to overlook.

    This home was beautiful. It was clean and we had no problems. Loved the experience. Benchmark Management gets 5 stars, too. They stay in touch with you from the time you get there until you leave. The 3 bedrooms on the second floor were very private. Loved the way they were spaced apart. Loved the short walk to the beach and a coffee shop across the street. Thank you owners for allowing us to stay there.

    Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the house, but the dishwasher has still not been fixed from last year. This year we just did not bother because no one came last year to fix it. It is irritating but would not stop us from renting the house again. The kitchen is well equipped, the little pool is great to have, and the grandkids (8 and 12) love it, as do the adults.

    This was a very good rental for us as three bedrooms had king size beds and their own en-suite bathrooms and even the downstairs bedroom with the full size bunk bed had a shower in it. The location was very private and across the street from a wonderful place to shop and eat. Walking distance to the beach and even closer with the bikes that were available to us. The fridge was very slow to make ice so I recommend to bring bags of your own ice. had all the convenience of home!

    139 north Ryan property was exactly as described. We loved the location the beautiful walk to the beach and the quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and well maintained. Our whole family loved this place.

    Location was wonderful. Communication w/ property management was always very quick and helpful! Very clean. There were a couple of things that need fixing...railing on front porch is loose, bed frame in one of the bedrooms has a piece that's broken off, etc - however, nothing that impacted the quality of the stay. Will definitely stay again!
