Great stay. Perfect location close to the main part of route 1, downtown Dewey and a block away from the beach. Roomy enough for a party of 12 guys.

This home was perfect for our family. There are 7 bedrooms which gave each of our adult children their own rooms with one left over for the grandchildren to sleep in - it had bunk beds - the others were queen or king beds. We really appreciated this. Most homes that sleep 14+ people have bunk beds or futons in half of the rooms. The main living area on the second floor was spacious and very nicely laid out. The kitchen was big and accommodated multiple cooks. There was enough storage/pantry space, and it was well stocked with all cooking/baking needs. There are 4 decks on this home and we used the one off of the main living area the most. The rooftop deck offers a beautiful view of sunrises/sunsets. The master suite on the top level offers a sitting area that is nicely sized and was much appreciated. The lower level offers a ping pong table, which was alot of fun! Everyone enjoyed playing. The washer and dryer were a blessing, as was the extra fridge on the lower level. We used it the entire week. I can't say enough about the pool. It was so nice, having 2 young children, to have a pool. Its a heated pool, and just that little bit of extra warmth was nice. Plenty of pool toys to play with. We were a 5 minute walk to the ocean. There were plenty of chairs/umbrellas to use and even a cart (with large wheels) to carry everything. Bikes were available, too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. We highly recommend it.

Beautiful spacious house able to accommodate large range of multigenerational family. Close to the beach, restaurants and activities. Highly recommend!

The property was great. Well equipped, the pool was ideal for after the beach relaxation. Dead end street was nice for no traffic and we did not have to cross a road to go to the beach. We would rent this property again if we can get the group together again.

This location was easy to access and worked well for our family thanksgiving stay. Kitchen was good and had most of what you need. The living space was great for our group. Easy walk to beach and Dewey locations.
