The walk to the local large pool a by long one and some of the family went to the beach but it was tooo long of a distance for some family members . We wanted to use the home pool but no one clean it enough for most of us not to get in ... it was close to being what we wanted but not a hundred percent

We came for Spring Break even though being warned away due to curfews and restricted beach access. We never had any issue and our group of boys found places to go after curfew to hang out. Our home was amazing and exactly as described. Communication from Benchmark was amazing.

The house was nice and clean, and the property management was very responsive, especially in keeping us updated due to a hurricane and we delayed checking in until it passed. Seacrest was not effected by the storm. There are a few good-to-know details that aren’t listed in the description: the pool can only be heated starting in November, so keep that in mind if you’re visiting before then. Additionally, the house has two coffee pots—a Keurig and a drip option, which was a nice touch for coffee lovers. One small downside is that there’s a limited number of washcloths. If you’re traveling with a large group, you’ll either need to wash them frequently or bring extras. Overall, the house is in a fantastic location and was a great fit for our stay!

We walked to dinner and ice cream. The house had Plenty of space and a great kitchen. Could have used some little kid dishes for kitchen and pool area was covered in leaves. We had a great stay!

The house was lovely and spacious. Incredibly clean. The location was perfect. It was central in Seacrest! The beach a less than 10 minutes walk and by bike less than 5 minutes. We would rent this property again!

House was clean and well maintained. It is dog friendly but Rosemary Beach is not. Dogs are not allowed on the beach unless you are a resident and have applied for a permit.
