Private Pool, Dock, Lots of Deck Space, Amazing Views, Quiet Location, Lots of Space

Jill’s communication was quick and pleasant. The house fit our family of 15. The kitchen was well equipped, except that the microwave worked sporadically and without warning or reason. The house needs updating and TLC. Reading older reviews, I see that the deck has been brought up many times - it still is in severe disrepair. Boards and rails have been replaced over the years, but it needs full overhaul. Nails sticking up, the ‘new’ railing is not braced well and wobbles, many boards loose and/or bowing. The home wasn’t fully cleaned when we arrived. 2 of the rooms’ beds weren’t made and the master bedskirt was disheveled; when I straightened it, I found a previous guests’ summer shoe under the master bed and dust bunnies galore, found a previous guests’ glasses. A previous guests’ shirt hung over deck rail, hose left disheveled. The master King bed is FIRM. Master suite is classic, vintage 80’s tub shower, sinks; also in disrepair. Many of the noted features didn’t work; neither fireplace (master or living room), jetted master gardentub or the one in the shower. The ceiling fan in main floor bedroom doesn’t operate, bathroom fan in main floor mudroom sounds like a fighter jet taking flight. Shower floors are slippery, smooth surface and softened water, need grip strips.We replaced roughly 10 lightbulbs upon arrival. There are wasp nests somewhere - we killed several in the house during our stay.

Great place to rest and relax. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals. Plenty of room to play games or watch tv. The pool area is fantastic!!

It was the perfect space for our girls trip! So nice having 4 bathrooms and a big living area! We also enjoyed the huge deck space and spent lots of time outside enjoying view!

Pool was amazing. Plenty of private & shared space for a large group of 13. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Best parking in the area for 3 vehicles. Only downside were the decks not real safe for the little ones.

All in all, it was OK. The pictures were slightly deceiving. Could definitely use some TLC!! Especially the deck. The owner did answer my questions promptly, when we arrived, the pool was green, but they quickly got on it and had it fixed in a couple days so we could swim which we appreciated. There were definitely a lot of stairs, especially for little kids.

It was a nice big open house. We all had lots of room, inside and outside. The pool needed a little bit of attention but we still swam. We would definitely go back.

Large space plenty big enough for a big group with ample parking. We chose this as it was easy to rent boats and visit some of our favorite bars on the water.

Had a wonderful trip for our annual Ozarks family vacation. This was our first time at this property, but we would definitely go back. Everything was as stated in the listing. Plenty of room for the entire family.

Overall we had a great stay and the house accommodated our group well. We had 8 adults and 10 kids. The bunk room and the pool was great for the kids. They had a blast and made it easy on the parents not having to pack up everything to go to a community/resort pool. The additional AC unit upstairs in the master was a great bonus. I was worried about that room being hot and it was very comfortable up there. The view of the lake was amazing! It was perfect for sitting out watching the boats with a cold drink after dinner. The upper deck at the house needs some work but the property manager informed us it will be replaced soon. The cleaning could have been better but not horrible by any means.

Perfect location for a family getaway. The space is well laid out for indoor and outdoor activities. The kitchen is apportioned with everything you need to make meals and the views from the deck and living room are beautiful. Plenty of parking as well. Over all a very nice trip!
