Private Pool Casita | King Bed | Quiet, Central San Antonio | Full Kitchen, Grill

Location was perfect for the Riverwalk, Gruene, and Pearl St. Amenities in the home were way better than listed. It makes it sounds as though you pay a lot of money for a home with two rolls of toilet paper and very little else. We brought more stuff than we needed based off what we read. You get some airport noise but its really not bad. Bed is really comfy. Shower is great but they need to address the handle. One just spins in a circle and sometimes shut it off and sometimes it doesnt. We cooked every night and had plenty to use. They have an entire spice rack and a regular coffee maker, toaster over and a keruig. The pool waa wonderful. They offer towels and some floaties. We used the grill, plenty of grill utensils to use as well. Pups are friendly and cuddly. We will stay here again.

Beautiful location and pool.

Pool was a bit small and unclean. Motion sensor in bedroom with red light felt a bit invasive. Property did not feel mostly private due to owners living on property. Overall stay felt like we were being watched, owners did not allow us to have a guest visit for a few hours.

The most beautiful home and acreage within San Antonio. Conveniently located near airport and Ft Sam Houston. The host was extremely polite and responsive to inquiries. The pool was refreshing and very nice. We loved meeting the golden retrievers. I highly recommend this place for a quiet getaway. We were greeted with hand written messages from the owners with lovely care package to ensure we had the basics and snacks. Overall excellent place to stay and unwind. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your casita.

The Casita was very nice! Very clean, nicely decorated. Kitchen well stocked. The pool was so relaxing. The grounds were beautiful with lots of flowers. Very private property. Will definitely be back.

The property and grounds were exquisite, and the casita was perfect in every way. We didn’t get in the pool, but we had our wine and dinner out on the patio by the pool and the ambience made for the most lovely evening.

Eddie and Sally were the best hosts ever. We have stayed at numerous VRBO's and at none of them were we treated so well. The home and grounds are beautiful, well maintained and furnished.From the moment we arrived, greeted with a basket of snacks and a bottle of wine, we were treated like family. Highly recommend it!!

We stayed for a long weekend and had a very nice stay. We were so busy sightseeing we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool. But the bed was very comfortable and the hosts made sure we had a great stay. Will book again.

This casita was the perfect quiet place for us to stay to get some peace and quiet. The backyard was an oasis if you’re looking for something to yourself. This casita has everything you need if you want to stay in. This is a must stay if you want something off the beaten path.

The grounds were so pretty and in full bloom! An inviting pool was refreshing! Wonderful, safe place to stay while we visited family!

Perfect place for our needs. Felt very safe. Communications with host were great. The extra touches that owners provided were very appreciated. We would definitely book this place again.

We got off to a rather rough start. Flights were delayed because of snow on the east coast and we arrive close to midnight. The property has two gates with keypads and we spent a long time punching the code into the wrong one. We called and with the aid of videos, pictures, and texts finally figured out what was wrong and got access. Lovely place and neighborhood. Given our late arrival and harrowing travels, we were especially grateful for the breakfast food, snacks and wine provided by our host.

This was a perfect spot to stay for our trip to San Antonio. Very comfortable and absolutely spotless.

This is our third two week vacation this year to the casita. Owners are generous with starter package and extremely accomodating to our needs. Close to The Quarry area (great for golf and restaurants) and relatively close to Pearl Brewery district (great for bars and restaurants). Looking forward to our next visit.

We had an incredible time during our stay at the Casita! The property is incredibly well maintained, the pool is clean and inviting, and the grounds make for a spectacular atmosphere. We'll be back again!

I would 10/10 recommend staying here! Eddie and Sally were great hosts. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was perfect. The home was very clean and we had everything we needed. We were even able to cook on the grill. If you are looking to have a peaceful time located close to the airport (we did not hear one plane) with beautiful scenery this is the place.

This one bedroom house was attached to owners’ house. The place was beautiful with a very nice pool which we used pretty much every day. The neighborhood and property are gorgeous The River Walk was a 20 minute Uber ride. The place was not fully private we we saw the owners

We had a wonderful stay. It was perfect. The casita was lovely. The grounds were gorgeous. We could not have asked for better hosts. Eddie and Sally were the nicest couple and gave us a tour of their home, which was breathtaking. The casita had everything we needed and they also included a basket of snacks, cereal, milk and even a bottle of wine. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel was in the bathroom. The pool and grounds were so tranquil. It was an oasis, but close to all the tourist attractions. We will definitely book here again. Best VRBO we have ever rented!

This was such a peaceful, relaxing place to stay! It is close driving distance(10-15 miles)to all of the things we did. It was so nice at the end of the day to come home and swim in the pool!

We were so impressed by the Casita! Everything was perfect - the decor, the amenities, the location. Eddie and Sally were the most gracious hosts. They made sure we had everything we needed while we were there. The garden surrounding the pool was a private paradise! If you are looking for a romantic getaway location, This Is It! We can't wait to go back.
