Private Pool & Backyard 10 Miles to Tybee Island

Everything was beautiful

Overall I have no complaint. The decking to the pool needs some repair but we were able to work around that and enjoy the pool.

We loved our stay here. I took my children and grandchildren here and it was perfect for us. The big pool was wonderful to have when we didn’t wanna go all the way to the ocean. It was close enough to everything that we needed and shopping and everything. Only about half an hour to the airport, so that made it really nice. Plenty of grocery stores close by as well. Only about 10 minutes or so to the beach. The accommodations were good. Half of our family stayed in the upper unit and the other half stated in the lower unit. I wish there had been a direct Stairs between the two, as that would have been better for us, but otherwise it was pretty perfect.

This was a good place to stay for the large group that traveled to Georgia for a wedding. The bedrooms were clean and there was good communication with the property manager. The backyard did have some garbage from previous guests and the pool deck and stairs do need some maintenance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property.

Bedding on bunk bed room was filthy, leaves, hair and visible dirt. Glass door to garage was hanging on by a thread to the point we thought it would break and shatter. Garage was filthy and smell was even worse. Trash cans were half full when we arrived and didn’t have enough room for our own trash. Pool was filthy, lattice was falling apart, holes in the deck, loose boards and extension cords near pool…complete safety hazard. No exterior lighting on downstairs unit, had to use phone flashlight to see the walkway. Risk of falling on the step stones and unable to see at night. Tables on balcony and near pool were filthy as if they haven’t been wiped down in years. Outside AC unit was filthy as well. Upstairs unit was okay but looked as if TV stand hadn’t been dusted in quite some time. Stains on couch and chairs. Overall a huge disappointment. We had family members from Texas, Florida and Georgia here for a proposal and it was embarrassing after seeing pics on Vrbo. The one positive was location as it was centrally located to Savannah and Tybee island. Would not recommend this property! I have pictures if you’d like for me to upload!

we thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Savannah and Tybee Island. the property itself was in a great location that was central to all there was to do in the area. there were a few things we thought could improve on the property features itself. the pool area had some issues that we considered dangerous regarding the boards of the deck. the pool was not vacuumed when we arrived. the toaster, coffee maker other appliances were not great and needs updating as well as a bit more kitchen items for cooking families. we did see several bugs in the house but that could be a southern thing we’re not accustomed to. we also had an issue with the overhead fan in the main room. the house was very warm when we got there due to hot temps outside and we were not able to find the remote that operated the day. we contacted the property manager but we’re told it should be there…we never found it so it made for a bit of a hot environment in that room not being able to circulate air. overall our trip was fantastic, just a few issues to be addressed with the home itself.

Thai family loves it ❤️ we were enjoyed time in the house and the pool. And the kidslovesto play water in the pool and fun , but some broke from upside near the pool as people fall. So we would visit this house again next year!!!
