Private Pool and Spa in South Palm Springs with Firepit Courtyard and Outdoor Games

Family of 4 had an amazing time staying at this property. The property was clean, in a perfect location, close to shopping, restaurants and anything that you would want to see and do in Palm Springs. The house is filled with all the amenities, including little ones you wouldn’t even think of like baggies for food, chip clips, games, coffee scoop, in addition to shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hairdryer, a washer and dryer. The house is stocked with any kitchen items you would need. There is a grill but we did not use it. The hot tub and pool are perfect. There were pool toys for the kids and nice outdoor furniture, along with a fire pit. Everything was easy to use. The host and management company were quick on responses when we had questions. Overall the house felt comfortable and homey!

Had a great stay at the Big Splash, such fun having such a large private pool to use. Another big plus in my opinion is the nearby access to the CV Link, a relatively new pathway which seems to run through the desert forever. As a distance runner and cyclist, its a wonderful resource to have and it's literally a block from this property. I'll definitely return and next time I want to explore the new Palm Springs Surf Club, which is close by, and also right off the CV Link!

I stayed at The Big Splash for the first time recently and must say that I was thoroughly impressed. Palm Springs is a place I frequent at least once a year, and can't tell you how much I loved staying at this property. It's decor is so reminiscent of old Palm Springs, which is quite glamourous but with all the added touches that make it cozy. The backyard pool area is beyond belief and the way it lights up at night is beautiful. Whether you just want a getaway to hang out and relax or have friends over for dinner, this is the place you want to stay.

This house had everything you could think of to make your stay as comfortable as if you were at home! It is lovely on the inside and didn't feel like a rental. The outdoor spaces were so nice and well maintained. The pool and spa are an added luxury. It was so convenient to the airport and centrally located to shopping and downtown. I wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely visit again soon.

My husband and our two dogs wanted a little getaway for the Thanksgiving holiday and this house was perfect! The pool and hot tub were just what we needed to relax and have fun! This house was so beautiful and so well stocked with things we have never seen in a rental before! It was perfect !

We had such a great stay. The home is so beautifully decorated in the mid-century modern style with fabulous pops of color. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. The host really anticipated every need. We were able to cook several meals, use the outdoor grill, and make cocktails. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The pool was amazing. Perfect temperature and such a relief from the heat. Lots of patio furniture for our group to hang out outside either in the sun or shade. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well stocked. Comfy beds, fans, blackout curtains, and TVs in the rooms. The towels and bedding were all clean and soft and ready for use. The house was clean and well organized and everything was labeled so nicely. We felt very high tech controlling the pool and spa from the tablet. WiFi was included and had a strong signal inside and out. Overall, we really loved everything about our stay and will definitely book again next time we are in Palm Springs.

This house is such a gem. It’s newly renovated and the owner has done such an amazing job. None of the usual “let’s buy the cheapest crap from Wayfair that looks good in photos but fallla apart when you actually try to use it”. The kitchen is great! The bedrooms are great! The bathrooms are great! The pool is FANTASTIC! Easily the best pool I’ve had in a PS rental!

You can't go wrong with this rental property. The house has a great layout, and it's clearly set up for rentals. There's a desk to work from if you need it. Outlets galore with USB and USB-C plug-ins. The kitchen is well furnished with everything you need, which was important because my partner and I cooked all our meals, and we had absolutely everything we needed for cooking. The beds are comfortable, and the property is just so nice. I can't say enough about the perfect pool / hot tub and backyard patio. The property manager was so responsive and helpful. I have no notes. A truly perfect weekend here.

The splash pad is an ultra-clean, modernly equipped home with a great pool and spa. The yard is super private. Besides the pool and spa, a firepit is provided, cornhole game and many other amenities. The beds and bedding are comfortable, and house is situated on a very quiet street. This all adds up to a relaxing fun time.

We came to Palm Springs to enjoy the fresh air and warm weather and Big Splash did not disappoint. The outside area was definitely the highlight from the colorful lights in the pool and hot tub for an evening dip under the stars to the lounge areas to enjoy a coffee or cocktail in sunshine while the kids played corn hole. Brian from ittrip was super helpful and check-in was smooth and easy.

Our stay at The Splash Pad for a week including NYE was really great! Located close to PSP airport and Downtown PS, it is very convenient for self driving or ride-share. The home is also very well appointed, and exceptionally clean. The kitchen literally has everything you could possibly need. The bedding was quite comfortable, very nice sheets, blankets, and towels. The pool/spa is FANTASTIC! We enjoyed the top notch gas grill out back, and the fire pit as well. We highly recommend this home, the owners clearly put a lot of effort into their property. You will not be disappointed.
