Private pool! Along a canal and parking for a boat trailer.

Great accommodations on Padre Island. Minutes from Balli Beach and South Padre National Park. You can drive to the beach in about 3 minutes or walk in 6 minutes. Pool was nice, and deck on the canal is a great view.

We have rented several VRBO properties over the years and this is the first one that was not clean upon our arrival. We purchased cleaning supplies to clean the bedrooms, bedding, and bathrooms, before we unpacked. Refrigerator needed cleaning. Towels were worn. Furnace/AC filter, ceiling vents, and ceiling fans were very dirty. Furnace and 2 TVs did not work. Contacted property manager, who cleaned the refrigerator, replaced the furnace filter, contacted HVAC tech to repair the furnace, and replaced the 2 TVs. The property and office manager were very responsive and also reimbursed us for the cleaning fee.

I have booked for about 5 years now different condos in the area. This place is by far the best one yet!!! Absolutely beautiful inside and out. Provided everything we needed for our stay. I am definitely booking this gorgeous condo again for my stays Thank you so much. We had a blast.

This is an amazing Condo in a great location with a nice private pool and dock on the canal, my two grandchildren caught perch off the dock. I have already booked this Condo for next year!

Overall, our stay was wonderful. The only complaint that I have was the pool had a lot of algae and really couldn't be used. I contacted the host and they sent their pool person the next day and they shocked it, but it still wasn't clear. Yes, we had a day or two with storms, but nothing that should have prevented us from enjoying the pool.

Unit was just as described.... clean, well appointed and modern. Highly recommend

This is a beatiful home. Recently remodeled with great taste in furnishings and interior design. We loved the area. First time to Corpus Christi. Down there dure a lshort cold spell. Did not use the pool but a lovely private back yard. We would dfinatly be back except we purchased a home in McAllen, TX.Thanks for our time.

We enjoyed our stay. The villa was very comfortable and prefect for our needs. Enjoyed the upper deck over the canal.
