Stayed Jun 11, 2026Everything was awesome, except for 2 things. 1) The house accommodates up to 16 guests. We had 14. There were literally only 5 washcloths! One for each full bath. That is ridiculous. 2) The pool cleaner came during our stay and had a child with them. The cleaner instructed the child to perform some task with the box that regulates the pool water level. She took the box, threw it around, and then stomped the lid back on it. I was worried she would break it and it get blamed on our family. The home was beautiful and very spacious! It was perfect for the size of our family. The pool area was perfect as well. We spent much of our time out there.

Stayed May 27, 2026Overall, we had a good stay. However, there are a few areas that could be improved.We couldn’t completely close the bathroom door in the pool house, and at times the toilet would not flush properly after use.The photos make it appear that there are many spacious rooms, but some of the rooms are actually quite small. In addition, while four bedrooms are located in the main building, the remaining two are in a separate building referred to as the pool house. This should be stated more clearly in the listing description so guests know what to expect.Clean towels were limited to one per guest, which was a bit inconvenient since we spent most of the day at the pool and the beach. Providing at least two or three towels per person would make the stay much more comfortable.

Stayed Mar 18, 2026House is situated directly across from the beach, in a great location. Beach chairs were on the property for use which was convenient. The house was clean and as advertised but could use some updates. Doors were squeaky (if traveling with babies or toddlers you know this is important haha), deck had splinters/holes, showerheads not fantastic, no ping pong paddles on property etc. Overall, a very nice, large house in a superb location. Pool house is great and could fit a family on its own. Heated outdoor shower and pool were great. Property manager extremely quick with responding and very helpful.

Stayed Jun 3, 2023Pros: The house has a lot of space and is well equipped. We enjoyed the pool and proximity to the beach. The golf cart is a great addition and came in very handy. The kids enjoyed using the paddle boards. Cons: The house is showing lots of wear. Paint peeling and lots of cosmetic repairs needed. Toilets on the second floor didn't flush well and were constantly running. The running of the toilets is very loud and was heard throughout the night. There is no Wifi in the pool house at all. This was very inconvenient for the guests staying there. The living room only had one fan light so it was very dark after the sun went down. There were no extra linens/blankets/pillows for the pull out couch in the pool house. Overall we had a great vacation. With these minor fixes the house would be a 5 out of 5.
