The pictures are spot on, this home was absolutely amazing and provided us privacy with our own pool. Easy two minute walk to the beach. The lay out of the home is amazing especially for my family of 5. I’d love to return

This was the perfect property for our group of5 adults and 2 kids ! Kudos to the cleaning crew. The home is a dream and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. Beach chairs , floats for the pool, a wagon for the beach which is just a short walk away . Thanks so much for making our family vacation memorable!

The house was perfect and we loved the area where it is, close to everything! Loved the screened in porch area off of the living area and the lower covered area to hang out with tables and games which included a ping pong table and corn hole....Go Bearcats! They supplied rafts, chairs for the beach and a couple bikes. Just a short walk to the beach and close to Publix, shops and restaurants. The only negative thing to say is unfortunately there is a lot of construction still going on in Fort Myers including the start of building a home directly in the backyard of the home which is dusty and loud. The rental company said they have no control of the outside area which we understand just wanted to let you know it's not a quiet relaxing time to hang outside at the pool during the day. The host was very responsive and the house was very clean and comfortable.

Great location - very close to the beach, accessible to all the restaurants but without the traffic. House was clean and exactly as advertised. We loved the pool and screened in porch. Not a criticism of this house per se but given my father’s limited mobility, we will look in the future for more handicapped accessible properties (e.g., seats in showers, pool railings, etc).

The house was very clean and wonderfully thought out with lots to do. It's in a great location where you are very close to the beach and about 1.5 miles from the main area of Ft. Myers. The house did have all of the things needed for the beach, including beach towels. The only thing that we did not have was any extra paper products (TP, paper towels).

One of our favorite beach properties we have ever stayed at. We absolutely loved it!

The house was perfect for our family. Well maintained & a great location!When we arrived the trash cans were pretty full & the beach towels were wet in the washer but overall clean & neat.

Pool was great, and corn hole and ping pong. Inside beautiful. Everything very clean and well taken care of. Everything you need for entertainment - games, puzzles, beach toys.

Everything was pristine! We loved everything about this house- the amenities, the cleanliness, the location to the beach. 10/10 would recommend this house. We would love to come back!

This place was absolutely spotless! It was beautiful! And very close to the beach!!! I would highly recommend!

The pool was dirty

This will be a mixed review but we are giving a low rating based on how we were handled by property mgmt given the issues experienced during our stay. First, the house. The house itself and the property is exactly as advertised and very comfortable and nice. Kudos to the owners! However, we did have a major issue upon checking in when we found the pool was unusable due to the green/murky water. We contacted prop mgmt right away upon the check-in evening but nothing was done until mid-day the next day. The pool and filter system required a thorough cleaning and the water treatment process would not permit us to use the pool until the next day, leaving us without the primary amenity for a full day 1 evening. This may have been avoidable if prop mgmt reacted faster after the pre-check in inspection. After voicing displeasure with this situation, requesting compensation and numerous attempts to contact prop mgmt via VRBO messaging as well as direct phone contact with Kathy, we are still without an answer regarding fair compensation for loss of use of the primary amenity. Homeowners have a wonderful house location but we unfortunately had a bad experience. Waited for a response until the last day of the review period.

The house was great. The downstairs with the pool and games worked out well. The only thing I would suggest is make sure how many beds you need. It says it sleeps nine, but that means four people are sleeping in the bunkbed. We had nine people, but they were not couples so we had to do some blowups.

House was great and good amenities.

This home was beautiful, clean, and had all the amenities for big and little kids. An easy walk to the beach and short drive to the store. We barely had to leave the block!

Property was very clean and was in a great location across the street from the Beach! Great pool on property!
