Private Music City Suite, Private Entry, minutes from downtown!

This studio apartment was perfect for our weekend stay in Nashville. Seth and Chloe thought of everything. The place was super clean, the bed was very comfortable and a 15 minute drive to Broadway. We got it last minute so we could not be too choosy. We prefer a place with a stove and a separate bedroom. Also, we did not know that the owner lived on site, so that was a little different. It’s decorated cute.

Place was beautiful, but needs to boost the WIFI in the room.

Great location to downtown and the Grand Ole Opry. It was also great place for us to start our own adventures to tourist spots. Seth couldn’t have been nicer. I would recommend this rental to anyone that was headed to Nashville.

Our stay was wonderful. My mother and I travelled to Nashville for a couple nights to see the Coldplay concert at Nissan Stadium. The location of this VRBO was a perfect with restaurants and stores near by and only about a 15 minute drive into the city. Would definitely recommend!!

We stayed here to attend a show at the Grand Ole Opry. We loved the neighborhood feel and private entry to this part of the owner’s home. Very quiet and convenient. We would definitely return for a stay here if attending the Opry again or in the area.

Nice property, clean. We had a change of plans and didn't stay.You definitely need a car or ride share app, as it's a very suburban area.

The space was perfect for my husband and myself on our Mother’s Day trip, it was very close to everything we had planned for the weekend and such a quiet neighborhood! Seth and Chloe were wonderful hosts and we will absolutely be staying with them again in the future.

Staying in Nashville has become very expensive, but this was an affordable option that checked all the boxes for us. Great experience... would recommend!

The property was great but I didn’t end up staying the last night and there wasn’t power and the owner wasn’t willing to offer a refund. Would stay again though.

Stayed in Nashville for the night while passing though. It was nice to have an uber pick us up and drop us back off. Not too far from downtown and comfortable bed.

Available on short notice in East Nashville, a safe and friendly part of town.Positives:- Convenient to sites of interest for outdoorsy types (Percy Warner Park, Two Rivers Greenway) or city types (downtown--binder with recommendations on dresser)- Courtesy of having the place completely heated up with all lights on when I arrived- Warm, both literally and in the decor- Communication with the host was timely and courteous and very helpful on most things. But (see below) vague on some mattersCould be better:- I asked about utensils and stoneware bowls (I like to heat up oatmeal). The host didn't respond about utensils and replied a non-committal, we can provide bowls. To their credit, they furnished both, but they never responded in the affirmative with where I would find them, so I packed my own and didn't even notice them until the second night (they were on the lower shelf of the coffee cart).- Lack of kitchen ideally would be mentioned under things to know or whatever VRBO calls that section. Also the lack of a closet--just a hanger.Other things to know:- Curtain covers door adjoining the hosts' home, not a closet. Noise insulation is not perfect. I could faintly hear murmurs of conversation and a baby crying. So maybe not the perfect honeymoon suite--but at least one new couple in the guest book made it work haha! And I had no concerns for my own privacy.So, friendly, laid back, and accommodating hosts, and great option for most!

For everything we came to Nashville to do, this property was perfectly situated. 20 minutes from Broadway, 15 minutes to Hermitage and 10 minutes to the Grand Ole Opry.

Was a very nice stay! We enjoyed it. One complaint is I did see a few cockroaches though. Didn’t tell my girl friend cause I didn’t want her to freak out.

Beautiful room and a perfect quiet area! Definitely nice to come back from downtown and not have to hear any of the noise. Hosts were wonderful and supper easy to communicate with! Highly recommend staying!

Stay was good, the only thing is that the room echoes or transfers sound quite aggressively. Everything sounds louder than it normally would. So, if your partner gets up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, or gets up earlier than you, or opens a wrapped hard candy ... you get it. It's loud. But it worked great for us for the crash pad we needed.

Hosts were wonderful. Available if we had questions or needed anything. Proximity to downtown Nashville was perfect. Highly recommend these hosts!!

Music City Suite was an excellent stay. The property was very clean and included many helpful items such as a fridge, microwave and iron. It’s hard to find a comfortable mattress away from home but theirs was extremely comfortable making sleeping no issue. I felt extremely safe and the location was a quick ride to anywhere in Nashville. They did a great job making the space feel like you’re at home!

This location is perfect for two people who are cool with a studio style space. It’s located on the back of the owners property and it shares a wall. We could at one point smell food being cooked, but this was like middle of the day. We never heard anything. Peaceful place to crash for a decent price if you’re in Nashville for a concert. Clean and decorated nice.

This studio getaway was as cute as can be! The bed was comfy, the location was good, and the bathroom was much larger than expected.We would stay here again!

Took a 24 hour trip to meet friends and see a band. Perfect accommodations. Felt safe being alone. The bed was so comfy! Uber and Lyft were both super easy and quick. I don’t have a single negative. I’ll be back!

This was perfect for our weekend trip to Nashville. The location is close to downtown Nashville but far enough that it’s quiet and not busy. We didn’t have to drive more than 20 minutes to get anywhere we wanted to go. The place was one of the cleanest that I’ve stayed in, and communication with the host was great!

I was just passing through Nashville on my way to Georgia and wanted a unique place to stop for the night. This place was amazing! I loved the vibe! The bed was so comfortable and the shower was awesome. It was also very quiet. I’d love to stay again one day.

The location of this property is convenient to everything: the airport, downtown Nashville, and all things Donelson. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. I always felt safe, even traveling alone and coming/going at various times of the day and evening. The property itself is comfortable and provided a great place to land each day.
