Private Meadow View Family Retreat - 4 BR, AC, Large Yard, Tennis, on Bike Path

The host was communicative and very friendly. Home was clean, organized, and felt homey. The space was perfect for my family, and the neighborhood provided great opportunities to be outdoors!

Our host was very accommodating when we had issues with our timing of the ferry & air travel and needed to leave a day earlier than expected. The house is well appointed and I’m guessing Crate & Barrel earlier sofas ! The slip covers gave it away and were welcomed vs upholstered. There is a smell when you walk in and in the basement. We weren’t sure if was a natural gas smell or humidity. Other than that we throughly enjoyed this home. Great location!!! Beautiful neighborhood we felt very safe. Thank you

Love this well appointed home away from home. Nothing is missing. This home worked for a multi generational family. I love a good looking functional space. This is just that.

Property was very comfortable and well appointed. We had 6 adults as part of the stay. A few of us had work days, and found there were quiet areas available to take calls and zooms without interfering in others vacation.

Cozy home in a great location. Our family enjoyed spending time at the home and loved the many things to do nearby including tennis and golf. The hosts were great and responsive to our questions before and during the trip.

As our family has grown in various ways so do the requirements on accommodations. We've been going to the Vineyard almost every summer for 20 years and staying at Meadow View was one for the books! The house and location are amazing, not to mention great communication and service by the owners. The home is spacious, modern/updated, has wonderful amenities, and so much more. We look forward to returning again next summer and hope to stay at Meadow View once again! Thank you!

This was our first visit to Martha's Vineyard and we couldn't have had a better stay! The house was adorable, in a charming neighborhood in Oak Bluffs. We definitely plan on coming back and would more than happily stay at this property again! Best, Mike and Erika Duffy

The place was beautiful and clean. We really enjoyed our stay with our family.

The house was just as it was listed. It was well stocked with items and everything was in good shape. We were staying on the island for a family wedding and the location was ideal for the various events of the weekend. Jonathan responded quickly to any of our communication.

This property was immaculate, very comfortably fit our family, beautiful bedrooms and the backyard was one of our favorite places for the whole family to hang out!! We would definitely suggest this property to anyone traveling to MV!! Hopefully this property will be available again next year!!

This property is clean, spacious and yet still feels cozy. Its perfect for a family. We have rented this property before and im happy to see that its even better than the last time. We were able to connect with the caretakers for any questions we had about the house. The owners were very friendly too. Lovely, lovely,lovely.

My family and I truly enjoyed our week at this beautiful house! We were able to settle in very quickly and we had plenty of space for 8 people. Jon and Teresa were very responsive to our questions and put a lot of thought into ensuring that we had what we needed for a very comfortable stay. We will be back’

Had a wonderful time. Everything you could possible need was on hand. Backyard screened-in porch was fantastic. Access to pickleball/tennis courts was a bonus. Would definitely rent this property again!

We absolutely loved our stay. Very cozy, yet spacious home for the five of us - the house was big enough that we did not feel like we were on top of one another. The outside was an added bonus with additional living spaces perfect for breakfast on the deck and great conversations accompanied with great music on the enclosed porch. Loved the location of the home with a private driveway, huge backyard wonderfully maintained. Communication with the host easy and responsive - perfect hosts. This experience allowed us to celebrate a special birthday and reconnect individually and collectively. Thank you for hosting us!

Everything was very clean upon check in. Location was ideal for me as we were five minutes from family. Able to get around the island easily from this location. House is in a quiet neighborhood, and we were able to see a few turkeys and deer. Checking out was easy and convenient. I would stay at this house again in the future.

Everything about this stay was perfect from end to end. Jonathan is a fantastic communicator and incredibly responsive. The house is BEAUTIFUL, in a convenient location, well stocked with the cooking/entertaining essentials to make it feel like home, and very cozy. My family and I could not have enjoyed our stay home.
