Private Luxury Retreat: In-home Theatre, Hot Tub, Gym, Game Room, and Zebra!

Our accommodation was perfect! There were so many amenities and close to many of the ski resorts we visiting while in Utah.The host was incredibly accommodating and responded with any questions very quickly.

Highly recommend this VRBO! Thomas went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The animals next door were a hit with my kids. Beautiful large space. My kids also loved the treehouse toy area & movie theatre room. The backyard is even more beautiful than pictured and the hot tub was clean and easy to use. Even though the owners lived upstairs, the provided fan drowned out any noise that we would’ve heard. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect place for our 2 day stay. Apartment had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable! Will definitely stay again if in the area. Thanks Tom for being so hospitable.

We had a fantastic time. The location of the property was perfect for hitting multiple ski areas like Alta and Snowbird. The hot tub was a welcome relief on our return. There were lots of nice little touches, like hot tub towels, light snacks, robes... The zebra is real and likes carrots. It's not on the property, but the yard next door. Hosts were very communicative. No issues whatsoever. We would certainly stay at this property again and highly recommend to others.

Our were amazing people. I had surgery and when they saw my husband walking me down the walkway they immediately came out and offered to help, also did that with our amorous amid t off stuff we brought (food mostly but going doe. Stair was hard with that cooler), Stephanie brought delicious cinnamon bread for us to munch on. Hubs made French toast yum. Having the separate bedroom made it very nice for my recovery quietly without disturbing my husband. The towel warmer was a HUGE hit. Nothing like warm towels outing the shower. We did have some problems with the movie room but tone fixed that for us as soon as we could have him come down. Lots of space. Just very homey and lovely.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The host was very friendly, fun, and accommodating, which made us feel right at home. We were in SLC for a surgery, so we weren’t able to enjoy the hot tub this time, but everything else exceeded our expectations. We would definitely love to visit again—thank you for everything!

I've stayed at many VRBO properties. This was one of the most thoughtfully appointed. It was immaculate and cozy comfortable. I'm afraid we were so busy with family, that we didn't check out the theater room, but my husband made use daily of the small work out room. And there are so many nearby trails in Draper. We explored a different one every day. The hosts couldn't have been more responsive and accommodating. One item I would emphasize in the description is that there is no stove or oven. Frankly, I didn't mind though, as the hosts have provided every kind of appliance you might need - microwave, airfryer, toaster oven, and a Ninja blender that had some scary speeds.

Probably the best stay we have had. Excellent in every way Tom was great to deal with. Will definitely stay again next trip.

Our whole family enjoyed the stay so much!! They are wonderful hosts and their home is beautiful and clean! The hosts really thought of everything you might need, and the attention to detail is top notch! Draper is a beautiful area and there are many family friendly things to do. We will definitely stay with them again if we are ever back in the area, 10 outta 10 stay

This was our second time staying here and it was great! Perfect location to take walks go to the ski resorts and just relax. Already thinking about planning our next trip! :)

Property was selected due to its proximity to the various ski areas. We had a wonderful 2 week stay! The property met our expectations. It was comfortable and provided what we needed. The property does not offer a stove, dishwasher, and washer & dryer, however alternative cooking appliances are provided which met our needs.

The property and amenities were great. Me and my two boys enjoyed our overall stay here. The owner is very responsive and a great host. Thank you, Tom!

We had a great time with our four kids… 15-21, we played games, watched movies, sat in the hot tub, went for a walk on the trail… all right within reach of the house. VRBO emails never came with check in or checkout info, but the owner was very responsive and helpful. There is no stove/oven, hard to tell in pics. That was the only thing we had any issues with during our stay. We had a great time! Beds were very comfortable!

Great location. Close to restaurants and mountain resorts. Home was well kept and very clean. Tom was always available to answer any questions.

This is a very unique place to stay. We were here as part of a month long road trip with out dogs. Stayed just 2 nights if you have dogs this has a great enclosed yard. A+ Very cozy living room with fireplace. A working Hot tub.A+ And some very cool extras. A huge home theater. What? An exercise room. We were there a short time so didn't use it. There is a very small Kitchen area. If you try and cook meals this would probably not be sufficient. I can see if you have children this would really be a hoot. The only drawback I would say is that it is a long walk from the car area and you have to walk down some rustic stone stairs to get to the downstairs area. It was a little tough for this 65+ old couple. But other than that this is a very cool place. Thanks Tom!

This property is in a quiet neighborhood and has great family friendly amenities. My kids and I loved the hot tub, movie room, and the variety of games. The rooms and bathroom are updated and clean. We had a relaxing stay! Thank you.

This basement suite is located in a beautiful area, very private and safe. We enjoyed the exercise gym, and a movie night in the theater room. The kitchen does have lots of options for cooking, reheating and toasting with cookware, utensils, table settings for at least 8. Small kitchen appliances there, airfryer, toaster oven, electric burner, NuWave oven, waffle iron, electric kettle, pizza oven (last 4 mentioned were stored on top of the fridge and very dusty when we went to use one of them). A microwave that also had 2 other settings for cooking, ninja blender, full fridge/freezer with 4 ice cube trays and a water filter pitcher, and a wine fridge. We did wash everything we went to use before we used it as some things were dusty or not fully clean. Other than that everything was very tidy! We enjoyed the hot tub each night, it does need a clean as the weather is changing and there were a few leaves in there. It’s a very neat back yard, the rock steps do look beautiful but I can see them being a problem for someone who doesn’t have great balance or if they became icy/snow covered. The Jack and Jill bathroom was nice, kind of wish there was another bathroom for those times where we all needed to go. Pooperi to the rescue ha. We didn’t see the washer and dryer anywhere in the suite, and didn’t really need it but with the owners gone on their own get away we assume they are shared and that door was locked. I’m sure if I have asked, Tom would have accommodated.

We traveled cross country for our daughters wedding. The hosts were fabulous, checking in and adding touches specific to our stay. The theater was a wonderful touch as was the hot tub. We had tons of room for the girls to play with hair and makeup in preparation for the big day. We loved this stay!

Beautiful property. Lots to do close by. Didn’t have to drive very far to go to the butterfly pavilion, aquarium, go carts and mini golf. Loved all the games and TVs and theater room.

Mr Scibner was the best host I have ever drlt with. He sincerely wants his guests to have a.great time. He was very approachable, helpful, and was willing to work with us.

The property was perfect for us. It was clean and cozy. Two adults and our two teenager children stayed here. We always enjoyed comimg to our home away from home after hiking, horseback riding, white water rafting, etc. Perfect location for the activities we did. Walways felt

Tom was a very accommodating host! This basement apartment had plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids to spread out. Some of the design elements were a bit eclectic and scared my young son, but the zebra next door made up for it! :)

This is one of the few times I can say a VRBO exceeded my expectations! My family absolutely loved the theater room, expansive game closet, foosball table, hot tub, and very comfortable beds! The hosts were quick to respond if a question came up. We would definitely stay here again!
