Situated on exclusive Holden Road in a gated community—one of Beaver Creek's most coveted neighborhoods—this three-level home is just a short drive from Beaver Creek Resort, Golf Club and the vibrant center of Beaver Creek Village. With soaring vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, and breathtaking mountain views, the home is perfectly designed for largefamily gatherings or group getaways, comfortably sleeping up to 16 guests while providing an ideal setting for both relaxation and entertainment.

The main level serves as the home's grand centerpiece, featuring an open great room with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing panoramic views of Beaver Creek Mountain, three spacious seating areas around a gas fireplace, and a convenient game table. Adjacent to the great room, a formal dining area and a well-equipped kitchen welcome you to explore your epicurean side. The outdoor living space is equally impressive, with a wrap-around deck overlooking a serene natural water feature, as well as a patio complete with a private outdoor hot tub, gas fire pit, outdoor dining table, and grill. A mudroom just steps from the main level offers practical ski and boot storage with direct access to the patio.

A guest suite and loft office provide additional privacy and workspace, while the primary master suite is accessed via its own separate staircase for ultimate seclusion. The lower level hosts three more guest bedrooms (all en-suite), a dedicated theater room, a family room with a flat-screen TV, bar, and game table. Ski access is effortless thanks to the free, on-demand Village Connect shuttle service, which picks up directly at the residence and drops off near the Centennial ski lift.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once the required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- Half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Stays greater than thirty (30) nights are non-refundable. The Reservation Team will reach out to schedule additional cleaning and process payment.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
