We didn’t even stay. The neighborhood was terrible. When we first arrived was approached and ask can we wash your vehicle I said no then they keep begging for money. The inside side of the place was nothing Iike announced in the booking. I walked out and found another place.DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Overall the property was pretty clean. However, it is in a ROUGH neighborhood. No less than 10 people hanging out at a bus stop across the street playing music and drinking from morning to night. Our last night we counted no less than 7 police cars flying past with their lights and sirens going. The living room barely has seating to accommodate more than two people. Every item in there (snacks, drinks, etc) you have to pay for whereas other properties provide that stuff for free. And enjoy your view of the shed - the private lounge - in the back yard because you have to pay for that too (which is the first picture on the listing by the way). The hosts make it known they're going to spy on you from the multiple cameras on the property to make sure you don't bring any unauthorized guests inside. Unless, you guessed it, pay more for them to come to the house that you're already paying for. The hot tub is an inflatable with some decking around it. The putting green is like half inch turf laid down over uneven ground with plastic cups in the ground. The host had a washer delivered while we're not even at the home and let them in herself. Not sure if this place is designed for people to throw parties in but for a vacation in the area there are much better options.

We were in town for a wedding. The house has a nice backyard if you’re having a small event. Don’t be distracted by part of the neighborhood. The neighbors were very friendly.

I went here on my bachelorette trip and we had a good time! The house had some things that could have been cleaned better, there was trash under the bed that was there when we arrived. We mostly booked this place for the the hot tub and when we got there it was dirty, when letting the owner know they said it was closed until May even tho that was not listed in the details like they said. The propane tank for fire pit was pretty much empty so someone had to bring a new one while we were there. The location isn't the best, there was always a group of people out at all times of the night. The inside was overall nice for a girls getaway.

I booked this house for one night for my birthday and didn’t get to stay because it was infested with ants ! The day of check in was my actual birthday so it was an inconvenience having to find somewhere else to stay after paying so much for the one night. I had to reach out to the property owners for the code to check in which I got AFTER my check in time. My guest and I did not feel comfortable staying at the house due to the ants. There was terrible communication and understanding and no response to my messages after the fact. Just terrible!

This place was very unique. I love how small but spacious this house was. I love the location. The neighborhood was kind of skeptical when pulling up due to a lot of drug addicts and homelessness. But no one bothered me and the neighbors greeted me they were nice. The house needed a lot of repairs. It wasn’t as clean as i thought it would be due to how high the cleaning fee was. The host was very quick to respond to all my questions. I will definitely rent out this place again in the near future.

Worked for what we needed. Neighborhood was the only downfall. Host communicated quickly for easy check in/out and answering questions.

10/10 highly recommend . The host was very helpful and responsive , the house was also clean and spacious for a family game night .

I loved the stay, each area was really nice and decorated. It was luxurious! There was a convenient store right across the street, I would be careful though because there are a lot if bees when it gets hot cause of the wood. Anyways it was nice and very clean!
