Chris, you could update the bathrooms by offering body wash, shampoo and conditioner. When we arrived there was only one pod for the dishwasher and 1 roll of paper towels. Thank you for our amazing time.

This is a beautiful home! It was clean, well stocked and close to everything. We especially enjoyed the backyard where there are many areas to relax in the sun or shade and enjoy the pool and hot tub. If we are in Palm Springs in the future, we will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen including nice plastic glasses for around the pool. Quiet neighborhood. Well located for airport, downtown and canyon hikes. Excellent communication from the property manager.

We've stayed at several properties in Palm Springs area and I have to say this was by far the BEST place. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for us and our friends. Host was responsive. We will definitely be staying there again.

We spent a few days in this clean and very nicely appointed house. The check in process and instructions were easy and the location was convenient to free ways and Palm Springs. It is located in a residential neighborhood so there are restrictions which were fine for us. The airport is also close so you can expect some plane noise. Overall, I would highly recommend it:)

One we got in touch with the property manager (almost an hour after check in) we were pleasantly surprised to see such a clean and spacious home. We had a very relaxing weekend that was well needed by all! The property is close to downtown. Would definitely recommend.

I've stayed in Palm Springs several times, and this was the best house I've stayed in. The location, host's responsiveness, and layout were great. Having two master suites was really nice. The pool and outdoor area was perfect for dining and relaxing. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking, but the house is also a 10 minute drive to the center of downtown Palm Springs if you want to eat out. I will definitely rent this house again when I am back in Palm Springs!

House was very nice -clean with everything we needed. As a group of 4 couples it was nice that there were two master suites plus a 3rd full bath. The yard was a great place to hang out. Host was very responsive even though we really didn’t need to contact him past check-in

We returned for our annual friends' gathering and it felt like home. Everything was just as clean, comfortable, and aesthetic as our first visit here. The attention to detail is impeccable and greatly appreciated. All of our needs were anticipated, and we hope to be back in the future.

Beautiful clean house perfect for families. The kitchen is fully stocked. Great pool with ample sitting areas and lounging chairs. 10 minutes drive to downtown Palm Springs. Hope to visit soon again!

Went here for a weekend getaway for my birthday with 6 other adults. The house is gorgeous and well stalked. Pool is beautiful and there are large bushes 12ft tall including the backyard so it’s very private. The host had great communication and the property manager meeting us at check in was a nice touch. He was so kind and welcoming! Would stay again!
