Enjoy the privacy and relaxed pace of lakefront living in the spacious Lake Marion home, where beautiful water views, generous indoor and outdoor spaces and a private pool create an easy setting for time together.

With approximately 5600 square feet, the home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests in four dedicated bedrooms. The main-level primary suite features a split king Sleep Number bed and private bath, while upstairs are two additional king bedrooms with en-suite baths anda queen bedroom with a full bath nearby. The home has been intentionally arranged for eight guests, preserving the generous living spaces and comfortable atmosphere throughout the property.

An outstanding feature of the property is the variety of spaces available for guests to enjoy together - or separately. Large windows bring the lake setting into the home, while multiple living and gathering areas provide plenty of room to settle in. The game room offers a separate space for recreation, and the outdoor living area provides another comfortable gathering spot overlooking the property.

At the center of the home is a fully equipped kitchen with ample room for preparing meals and gathering throughout the day. The adjoining breakfast area overlooks the lake and seats six, while the main dining room seats eight. Additional seating is available at the kitchen bar and outdoors, making everything from morning coffee to dinner together easy and comfortable.

Outdoors, the private pool and lakefront setting take center stage. The deck and outdoor living areas overlook the water, with plenty of space for relaxing, dining or spending an afternoon by the pool. In the evening, gather around the Solo Stove or simply enjoy the quieter pace of the lake after sunset.

The property also includes a private dock and boathouse, with a neighborhood boat ramp conveniently located nearby. Guests bringing a boat may tie up at the dock. Lake levels naturally fluctuate and can occasionally affect water depth and boat access.

Thoughtful conveniences make longer stays particularly comfortable. The home includes fiber optic WIFI at speeds of 800mbps, Smart TVs in the outdoor living area, main living area, master bedroom and the expansive game room. Also provided are a pool table, ping pong, numerous games, puzzle, corn hole, a pellet grill, full-sized washer and dryer and a second full-size refrigerator/freezer in the laundry area. Linens, bath towels and pool towels are provided.

Although the setting feels private, everyday conveniences are close by. Grocery stores, pharmacies, drug stores and numerous restaurants are a quick 5-10 minute drive. Santee is known for its golf courses and our town is home to five of the best in South Carolina. Lakefront dining can be reached by land or water. Charleston, Florence and Columbia are each within an hours drive, if you are looking for elite shopping.

The pool is not heated and due to the number of beautiful shade trees over the pool area, it is generally covered from October 1 thru April 15. As is typical throughout the Lake Marion area, wildlife, including alligators, may be present in and around the lake. For that reason, swimming in the lake from the property is not recommended. A seawall surrounds the lake portion of our property which assists in keeping most wildlife from entering.

This is a privately owned home intended for guests who appreciate a comfortable, well-cared-for place to spend time together. The property accommodates a maximum of eight registered overnight guests and is particularly well suited to families, couples traveling together and small golf parties. Parties, events and gatherings with additional visitors are not permitted.

Whether the day is spent by the pool, out on the lake, playing golf or simply enjoying the view, our home offers something increasingly difficult to find; plenty of space, privacy and an unhurried place to be together.

Also note that we do not charge a separate cleaning fee. We prefer straightforward pricing without an additional cleaning charge added to your stay.
