House is in a very nice location. Beautiful scenery. House is very clean, great for large family or a bunch of friends.

So many amenities! Clean House, quiet neighborhood, close to all kinds of shops and stores for anything you need!

This house is epic! This was the 15th year in a row this group has traveled together and this house has it all. The lake view, yard, landscaping, bar, the lake (very clean and clear), this place will not disappoint! The inside is top shelf and it has history of Michigan throughout the walls. Great golf is a short drive away and it’s very quiet at night. Feels like you have the lake to yourself.

As always, a tremendous 3 days on this property. Close to golf, restaurants. Venue is always clean, well maintained and perfect for our stay. Basement bar with pool table a big hit.

Outstanding home, beach and location. House was very well stocked and had plenty of room for us. Well maintained and very clean.The beach was fantastic, especially for the little ones. Great location with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Owner was great to work with. Truly a fantastic place to stay for a fabulous vacation.

Beautiful up north setting on a large piece of property with a beautiful sandy beach, long dock with lots of play toys for the water! The house was large enough for all 12 with plenty of sleeping places and a playroom with pool table. The house and yard was well equipped and immaculately clean.The owner checked in often to make sure everything was going well and that we had what we needed.

Always a great time to stay Lake 27. We have been many times and plan to do so again. Property is awesome and has everything you can possibly need and more.

This was our first time “up north” in a few years. The home was so inviting and clean. Beautiful views of lake with many ways of enjoying time on or next to water! Great area downstairs for playing pool or video games with kiddos or adults. Overall great experience!

A family vacation tradition was started by staying at this incredible Lake house. We had such a wonderful time getting the cousins together at this lovely, spacious, immaculate property. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living area very comfortable and the views beautiful from the decks to the lake. The kids all enjoyed the beach and learned how to paddle board and kayak. But, jumping off the dock was their favorite. The fire pit was perfect for a night of roasting marshmallows, storytelling, jokes and ukulele songs. Joe was a great host. He was very informative about day trips, local sites, stores and restaurants in Gaylord. This was the perfect home in Northern Michigan for making memories. We plan to return next year!

Lovely property and well equipped!! Kitchen had everything we could possibly need, and was in immaculate condition. Plenty of space to spread out with large group of 10. Owner was very easy to communicate with before and after our stay. Plan on rebooking for next year!

This was an absolutely incredible property. Had amazing amenities, great planning, was extremely impressed from top to bottom. The owner is extremely communicative, and helpful in every way. The price for value is one of the best I have seen on this platform. Would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to stay in Northern Mi.

Can't say enough wonderful things about this property or the owner. House is better than the pictures. Lake is beautiful. Went at peak color time and the town/area are lovely. The downstairs bar/game area was a favorite of my kids. Joe was very attentive and even helped us to plan a wonderful day trip. Hoping there is another opportunity to travel to this property again some day! Thanks, Joe, for everything!

We hav been staying at Lake 27 property as a group for many years. We love the house and location.

We went for a couples golf weekend. Wives enjoyed it and everything was perfect. We were all very much impressed with the the home, living areas, basement and basement bar. The whole crew enjoyed.

Great stay for a guys Treetops golf trip, 25 minute drive to the courses and the house had everything you would want. Would recommend staying here for all seasons.

Very clean, always a smooth process.

This lake home is exactly what summers in Michigan are all about. Our family of 7 spent a perfect three days enjoying the lake, water toys, campfire and all the high end amenities this home had to offer. Joe was a great with communication. We enjoyed a truly unforgettable Labor Day.

The host was clear and easy to communicate with from start to finish. The property was clean and fully equipped and perfect for our extended family with infants to old people. The lake was beautiful and the yard, beach, and home were truly relaxing. Our stay was close to perfect and I recommend the property 100%.

Our extended family of 12 had a wonderful week at Lake Twenty-Seven. The house was perfect for my daughters and their families. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to prepare meals (including an outdoor grill). The bedrooms are roomy and comfortable with access to their own bathrooms. The pool table and ping pong table come in handy on that one day of rain. The views of the lake are beautiful. The use of their canoes, paddle boards, and kayaks were appreciated by all of the grandkids. In short, this beautiful property on a relaxing lake made our annual family trip a fantastic one!

We had an incridble stay at this location. A group of 11 guys comfortably slept at this location with the amazing lake view right out the window. After enjoying a long day at the office (golf course) we got to relax on the lake which was so calm it was like glass for most of the duration of our stay. The owner was great at communicating with us the entire stay if we had any questions and it was a very easy check in and check out process. I would highly recommend this location to any freidns or family heading our to this area. We loved having access to a few paddle boards and kayaks. A couple guys had a cold one in the middle of the lake and it was very relaxing. We were also greeted by Loone songs at night and in the moring which just added to the ambiance of being out in the woods. I personally had a great time and would love to visit again. Thanks!
