What a fantastic stay! Karol (the host) is very easy to communicate with. The house was stocked with everything you could need and very clean.Homey, very comfortable, perfect for our group and a GORGEOUS setting.

We had a wonderful family vacation. The whole experience was everything we had hoped for. Swimming with the platform to jump from. Fishing with so many catches we lost count. The fire pit for s’mores. The downstairs in the evening for adult time playing cards and laughing. Plenty of room to spread out. Karol was super easy to work with. Would strongly recommend this place to family and friends.

My wife and I stayed at this excellent property and had day visits from friends. There are many large public spaces both inside and out all with excellent views. The bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the dining room is large.There is very good seating at the water which was clean and weed free. We enjoyed a short swim to the nice raft.This is a perfect place for a family, large or small or for those looking for a quiet place to relaxWe will return again.

We loved the house which had plenty of room for everyone and the lake was beautiful. Boys caught bass right from the dock. Would definitely book again!

We stayed at Karol’s lake house for our daughter’s graduation from Colgate U. We had plenty of space for 8 to sleep, 3 full bathrooms was very helpful, the kitchen was supplied with many essentials. There was enough space inside and out (large deck with gorgeous lake views) to host a BBQ for our daughters roommates and their families before the evening ceremonies. Most importantly Karol was very accommodating, helping us manage timing of all the university activities. To cap off the weekend the nephews caught a few largemouth bass. We would highly recommend the lake house.

4 siblings and spouses stayed here for our moms birthday and a nephews wedding. It was a beautiful very comfortable place for us all to gather. Great amenities including a game room downstairs, kayaks, and canoes. Beautiful views of the lake. Host Karol was super communicative make ng sure we were comfortable. All in all a great place to stay.

Wonderful place for any gathering. Great views of the lake. Very cozy and inviting.

Responsive and flexible hosts. They were available when we had questions. House is modern with lake house feel. Beds were comfy and rooms are clean. 3 bedrooms with at least queen beds on the main level, beds for 5-6 upstairs, large finished basement that could sleep others. Bathrooms with showers on every floor including basement. Play room and laundry in basement. 2 refrigerators. Laundry worked well. A nice living room in main area as well as one just as large in basement. TV’s have cable and roku. Wifi works well all the way to the lake. Cell service works for the most part but some dead spots. Outside is the best. Large deck overlooking the lake, second level grass with table, and the dock is great area for being right on the water with some nice cushioned outdoor furniture. 2 canoes and 5 kayaks. Water is clear and perfect spot to swim or throw a fishing line in. We caught multiple bass, pike and one of the largest Sunny’s I’ve seen. Blue Canoe restaurant was good. Recommend Nelson Creamery, Madison Country Distillery, and Ray Bro’s BBQ. Large kitchen fully stocked. There are multiple areas to have meals. Inside, the upper deck, table on lawn, and the dock with tables by the water. The grill works well and was full of propane. Fire pit near the water with wood supplied You can squeeze 3 cars into the driveway and if needed could fit another 2 or so on the road. Overall the house is great and I would highly recommend. Lake life at its finest.
