One of the home’s favorite features is the private hot tub overlooking the peaceful backyard and small lake. It’s a wonderful place to unwind after a long day at LSU, sightseeing, shopping, or exploring Baton Rouge. The covered pergola and outdoor seating create another comfortable spot to enjoy the backyard, while the outdoor game area and table tennis add a little fun for everyone.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite/quartz countertops, and a dining area that seats six. The living room offers a comfortable place to relax with a fireplace and views toward the backyard. There is also a dedicated workspace with a screen for guests who need to catch up on work or school during their stay.

The home offers two parking spaces, with additional street parking available when permitted. The garage is not available to guests.
