After a day of exploring, relax in the private 8 person hot tub, on the private back patio, under the starryskies of southern Utah!



The Space:

The perfect stay for your southern Utah adventures! This tasteful townhome with designer decor will make you feel right at home.



All 3 bedrooms are located upstairs. The Master Bedroom features a king sized bed, and work space, and a 75 TV, as well as an ensuite bathroom and a private balcony, the perfect spot to watch the sun rise in the morning. Bedroom 2 offers 2 double beds and a 50 TV, and Bedroom 3 offers another king sized bed with a 50 TV. There is also another full bathroom upstairs.

On the main level you will find a half bath, and an open floor plan between the kitchen, dining area, and living room. With a large, comfortable sectional in the living room and another 75 TV, this room is the ideal spot to enjoy a movie night just relax. The fully stocked kitchen contains all the necessary utensils, & appliances to prepare a wide variety of dishes after a day of exploring. Just off the dining area is the private back patio complete with a private 8-person hot tub, a propane BBQ grill, and outdoor furniture.



The garage is available for guest parking and also offers wall games for your enjoyment. There is also a 4 wire 50 AMP EV charger plug. It will support a level 2 charger.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire townhome. A door code will be sent to you prior to your arrival that you can use for the duration of your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, White Pockets is a small, quiet and brand new townhome community. Just a 1 minute drive to downtown Kanab, grocery stores, restaurants and shops and a short drive to local hiking trails.



Getting Around:

This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon and Coral Pink Sand Dunes state park.



Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.



Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.



Other Things to Note:

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date. This cancellation policy does not apply to HVMB guests.



Unfortunately, we have had a few issues with guests who have damaged the hot tub or left it so dirty, we've had to have hot tub services come after hours to drain/refill or fix the hot tub. If we must service the hot tub due to damage or excessive dirtiness after your stay, you will be charged the actual service cost, with a minimum fee of $125. Dirt, urine, sweat, sunscreen, and lotion all contribute to water so dirty that a drain and refill is necessary. Please shower off before entering the hot tub. Thank you for understanding!
