Private Hot Tub: Breezy Seminole Stay!

I was not contacted with the entry code I waited until 4:15 and had to call to track down someone with the entry code to get Into the rental

Has everything you would need for a weeks stay. Property was clean. Recommend getting a pizza cutter to add to your kitchen supplies (silly maybe but, would have been helpful!)

Loved this rental they had everything you needed but I wish they would be more specific of what they have on the listing so we didn’t need to pack beach chairs and sand toys. Was awesome to have a hot tub and a pool where we didn’t have to pay to heat the pool! One other thing house could use is smaller frying pans all they had were really big ones but other than that everything was amazing and would book here again! Loved location really close to beach.

Very impressed with the vacation rental. Very clean, comfortable, plenty of space and well maintained. Awesome pool and many amenities for the pool and beach for the kids to use. Only 1 mile from the beach with easy access to public beach and parking. Would highly recommend and will be back!!

This property was even better than described. From the cleanliness, to the comfortable beds, beach equipment and the pool/spa. One of the nicer properties we have stayed at. Property manager was very helpful and responsive as well. We hope to be back next year!

This home was extremely clean and had all the accommodations of home. The location is ideal, in 10 minutes you can be at Madeira Beach. Very quiet neighborhood and there are so many restaurants nearby. I would easily stay here again!

We came here for Spring Break as a family of 4, 2 kids are 10 and 8 yr old girl and boy. This was a perfect vacation home. Both kids had a king sized bed and a large tv, same with the master. The couch is very large and comfortable. The only knocks would be it was very dirty under the couch when you reclined jt, the passkey to get in the house was never set (so we had to call...fixed in 3 mins) and the water pressure in the showers was not good at all. Those are minimal things, everything else was a HR. Perfect location to go to Clearwater, Tampa, Madeira Beach, St Petersburg..etc. We hopped all over and loved the location to do it all. The house itself is a 10/10, but add in the amazing pool and hot tub, it was perfect. Kids played in the pool every min we were at the house and not sleeping. Neighborhood is calm, safe and near lots of shopping. A overall, one of the best ever vacation homes for a week.

Upon arrival the house was so clean and beautiful. Very spacious. My family of 6 was very pleased. The pool is perfect. Even for our 2 year old. All the amenities were such a plus! There is even a bonus room that is perfect for working out. We plan on revisiting time and time again. The location couldn't have been better. We are leaving feeling relaxed and ready for the next year. Which is exactly what you want from a vacation. out. out. We
