Private Home Relax on the Rocks 2 Blocks from Beach Fire Pit and Hot Tub

The house was as described and a great location from the beach. We were able to walk to several restaurants and an ice cream shop within just a few minutes! The beach wagon came in handy transporting the provided beach toys and boogie boards. The garage keypad didn’t work upon our night arrival but was fixed by midday the next day. We loved playing ping pong and using the hot tub too!

Clean. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. 6 beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, sand toys. Need to provide own beach towels. Would stay again.

Hands down the best part of this house is the outdoor areas. We all enjoyed the screened in porch & hammock (heaven!) as well as the hot tub. The wagon & cooler were great for the short (500 steps or so) walk to the beach that only took about 5 min. Staying near 15th Ave. is perfect due to its location to the walkable delicious restaurants! We were disappointed to find the listing was incorrect about the bikes being on property. We were looking forward to riding in town. The prop. company was quick to respond and let us know they had not been replaced after last season's hurricanes. While we completely understand that, the listing should have been amended in the 8 months prior. There was only one surf board that was not broken, so we bought one along with an innertube which we left there. The beach chairs were brand new and there was a few small sand toys and one smaller umbrella. The living/dining room were very spacious & comfortable. The kitchen is in desperate need of an upgrade with its painted countertops & floor. There were a few small ants in the kitchen (which was reported to management upon check out along with a possible termite issue in the twin room). The 2 big beds-very firm and the two twins-quite squishy. We wish the house had a house manual, guest book, more hooks, board games, mixing spoons, extra pillowcases and a few more blankets. Overall this property was VERY clean and fit our family's needs. Please note there are outdoor cameras.

If you are looking for a beautiful home for you stay on vacation, this is your home away from home. First, the home is amazing. The beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen is amazing. The enclosed deck is amazing and so comfortable. The bathrooms and the house are both super clean. The AC is perfect. The owners and the rental company are both super and very responsive. Overall, this place is A+. I highly recommend this property for your vacation.

Wonderful 3 bed/2 bath home just 1 block from a public beach access! Close proximity to a market with coffee, smoothies, & breakfast/lunch options. Also an ice cream shop on the corner where we stopped before watching the sunsets each evening. We stayed with our college-aged children & everyone had enough space. The backyard with a hot tub was a bonus, as well as a large upstairs balcony with a hammock. There are lots of little shops nearby & Guppy’s, our favorite, was just a few blocks north. Highly recommend!!!

We had a great family vacation. The location was close to the beach, restaurants and ice cream. The house was just like it was described and had everything we needed for our vacation. There were lots of personal touches that made our stay feel like a home.

We had an amazing visit. The home was super clean and had everything we needed. We brought 4 boys ages 10, 13, 16, and 17. There were games for them to play and enough TVs where they didn’t have to share lol. There are restaurants in walking distance and the beach is close. I highly recommend this home. Also the owners were super nice and helpful with everything we needed!

Close to beach, stores and playground, the house was a good fit for our family.

The house had everything we needed and was very clean. It’s in a great location, super easy to get to the beach. The neighborhood was really cute and felt really safe with 2 young kids.
