Enjoy the afternoons discovering the charm of the easily accessible surrounding towns, wineries, antique shops, the Blue Bell Creamery, and some incredible eateries. After exploring the local offerings, come back and relax in a rocking chair on the porch or around the firepit to soak up the most beautiful sunset; the one you promise yourself to never forget. • Primary Suite: King Bed, Pull-out Full-Size Trundle Sofa & Enormous En-Suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Mounted TV.
• Bunk Room off Primary Suite: Full-size mattresses on top & bottom bunk. (*Do not recommend adults or toddlers climbing up/down the bunk ladder.) This space also has a freestanding Twin bed.
• Second Bedroom: Queen Bedroom. No TV.
• Third Bedroom: King Bed & Mounted TV.
• Second Bathroom: Tub with shower. Large decorative vanity.
• Extra Bed Option: Rattan oval-shaped daybed with med-firm twin mattress in Primary Suite. (Per online daybed description: The mattress measures 70'' L x 34'' W, so it's better for guests below 6'.)

PARKING: Ample parking on private circle drive and expansive 3-car wide driveway. (Ideal for parking multiple large SUV’s to haul home all your special finds and goods from the antique shows! Please note: Enclosed Garage is NOT part of the rental.)

PRIVATE CHLORINE POOL (NOT HEATED / NO HOT TUB): Fantastic shallow/tanning shelf is ideal for relaxing with your favorite beverage and soaking up the sun with providing uninterrupted relaxation. Pool also has built-in umbrella holders for additional shade. Pool towels provided. No childproof areas.

HUGE 40x14 COVERED PATIO: Outdoor dining table seats 7, Round table by pool seats 4, and Additional Outdoor Lounge Seating. Portable Outdoor Grill, Ice Cooler on Wheels & Mounted TV.

GLORIOUS FRONT PORCH offers the most scenic views (hopefully deer sightings). Grab your coffee, blanket, and favorite rocking chair.

AMAZING ISLAND KITCHEN: Stocked with all the basic cookware/dishware/glassware/utensils for your use. Coffee Pot PLUS, a separate K-cup machine for tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Double ovens, electric cooktop, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, and storage galore!

FULL SIZE WASHER & DRYER: Utility room also has separate sink.

CARDS, DICE, CHESS, SHUFFLEBOARD, CHECKERS & PUZZLES: Take a break from technology and engage in your favorite games with friends.

Property and Pool is NOT child proofed. Large Groups/Parties/Events prohibited. Exterior Security Cameras installed for liability & safety purposes. All visitors/guests must sign rental agreement with terms and conditions.
