Private Home with Large Indoor pool- Perfect for Summer Fun, Fall Foliage & Ski

Our second year family ski trip here. Massive house with everything you need for a large family and super clean when we checked in. Owner always responsive. Great place that the kids will always have fond memories of.

Awesome house

Loved this house for our family of 15. 8 adults, 7 grandchildren ages 3-15. What a great home. The indoor swimming pool is just plain perfect. Well supplied with all needs for swimming. This is where we spent most of our time. Can’t say enough. There is a kitchen on same floor and bar area which we did not use, but it’s a perfect set up. The view in the main living room is just beautiful. The mountains and lake was taken in every morning with a cup of coffee. Can’t get much better! All of the beds were comfortable and love having KING beds as a choice. The 4 twin bed set up downstairs is so much nicer than bunk beds which were perfect for our granddaughters. Gunstock took 8 minutes to get to. Easy drive!You won’t be disappointed with this choice! It would b great to enjoy in summer/fall also. Plenty of trails around. Host easy to access and very responsive with questions. Highly recommend this great home!!

The house defied expectations. Host was welcoming and very communicative. The pool and hot up/sauna/steam room were amazing, tons of room and very comforatable for a large group. Great dinning room for our group dinner and the house was full of every amenity. Already planning on coming back next year for sure!

Great spot for families! This was our groups second year going. Lots of space and close to everything. Had a blast.

We had stayed here before so had a good idea what to expectPool temperature was a little colder than we would have preferred.stairway downstairs is very dark and motion lights did not work. There was not enough silverware to support our group - we made this same comment last yearThe pool area microwave, oven and freezer did not work. It is difficult to cook for a large group without two ovens

The pool, sauna, steam room and the big yard make this such a fun property for a friends and family weekend. 10/10

Massive 7,000 sq ft. super cool house close to Gunstock that felt like we rented an entire commercial lodge. Bedrooms and baths for everyone, large indoor pool, hot tub, steam and sauna, bar area, game room, and huge fireplaced dining room with seating for 20! Kids were ecstatic and we had the best time. Stayed for long weekend with family! Plenty of room for all! The pool was a hit with the grandchildren. Very close to skiing great for seasoned skiers as well as new beginners. Must remember to book lesson ahead of time and also ski rentals.

Out 9th year and still a great stay. Owners, house, entire property, all top notch. Cant wait for year 10.

This home was a perfect setup for our family reunion ski weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was the highlight of our nights! Having 2 kitchens was great. We did have some ants come visit us in the pool kitchen everyday of our stay but it didn’t interfere with our fun. Highly recommend a stay at this property!

My siblings, our children and their families spent 5 days at this wonderful home. The house and the grounds are amazing. The pool was a huge hit, the kids spending most of their time there. The owners were responsive and pleasant to speak with. We would definitely rent there again.

House was great! Very short drive to gunstock mountain for skiing. The pool and hot tub was a big hit and a great way to spend some time post skiing.Highly recommended

Amazing Rental Home for our Holiday Gathering! The spacious size of the home is a true family resort!The indoor pool and spa area sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and exercise equipment in clean & good working condition It is well used by our group - water volley ball, doing laps and water aerobics with snow covered mountain views is the best The age of my group is 80 to 12 years old -3 generations Everyone keeps voting to return I have just booked for our 3rd visit for 2025 we are not the Waltons but it amazes me what everyone young and old loves the most about this home is the Dining Room with the extra long dining table were we can all sit together for meals. The kitchen is used by the Chef in our group and produces amazing meals egg Benedict & prime rib etcThe dining room opens to a large Living Room with spectacular Mountain View & comfortable furniture for movie nights -another Family Room on this level with another long table to play board games & puzzles with a comfortable area to read and another office area -oh -and a TV yes this room is that large.( there are many TV's through out the house On this level - there are 5 comfortable bedrooms split between the Family Room - 2 on one side 3 on the other so some adults can have a quieter sleep area. On the lower pool level there are 2 more bedrooms, a large entrance common area to store our winter gear And another big game room with a bar and another kitchen that has a bar opening into the pool area! This Home is a Gem!

We had a three day Christmas celebration with our family and it was the perfect place for 18 family members ages 10 to 77 years old! The amenities kept everyone more than happy. There were also three enormous areas that could accommodate the entire group at one time! We would highly recommend this property!

We had a great stay at this property for a family reunion / 80th birthday - it was perfect for our group. The indoor pool was fabulous for our group as we had six kids who basically lived in the pool all day. So highly recommended but just know what to expect. Only reason I'm only giving 4 stars is because for a property at this price level, the details weren't really there. Major pros: - Pool / pool area - LOTS of living room space to hang out (basically 3 full-sized separate living rooms - Very large dining table seats 16+ - Two kitchen areas for lots of cooking / fridge space Cons: - Bathroom layout is a bit tough. While there are 5 bathrooms listed with the property, two of them are in the pool area, so there are really only 3 shared bathrooms for the 7 bedrooms and none of the rooms have an en-suite / dedicated bathroom. Not a dealbreaker by any means but it was unexpected / a bit awkward at times given we had older people in our group who can't just run off to another bathroom easily. - Kitchen supplies could use a refresh. Getting rid of a bunch of stuff and spending $50 at Home Goods would go a long way. Lots of copies of certain things (e.g. I think there were 3 blenders) but almost none of others (e.g. only one mixing bowl, no hand mixers, no hand towels, no dry measuring cups, etc.). - Inconsistent bedroom quality (some bedrooms were terrific, comfy pillows, etc. and others felt a bit like summer camp). All in all, it was great for our group

The location is exceptional. The pool area, steam room, sauna, and total recreation area were amazing. The pool temperature (air and water) was good for this time of year. The consistent 4 foot pool depth made it great for a community water volley ball game. (*We are all over 65) Having 5 king bedrooms with three bathrooms in three different areas of the house allowed the entire adult group comfort and privacy. We also made use of the 2 bathrooms near the pool. The extra large living room on the main floor has a beautiful view and plenty of space for all. In addition the owner was very supportive of our needs and quick to communicate.

This is our second bachelorette weekend in this home. Its the perfect place with plenty of room and activities for all. So amazing!

We loved our stay at this home. The space is amazing and perfect for a large group. We rented this home for a family wedding held at Gunstock. The location was ideal. All of the appliances in the main kitchen look new and top of the line. The pool area is nicer than many hotels. We will drfinitely come back.

My mom takes me and my 2 brothers’ families on vacation every summer. There are 14 of us. It is very difficult to get everyone together because most of the kids are now adults. I found this wonderful home which is only 2 hours from home. There was plenty of room for everyone and the indoor pool is amazing. The location is 3-5 miles to everything. We would recommend this house to anyone. Our host Malini is wonderful. She answered all questions and check in and check out was a breeze. Thank you again Malini.

Everything was so smooth. From booking to getting there. Great communication with owner. You just have to bring yourself and your groceries. Great house and the property. You can hear music from the Bank pavilion when you sit outside by the fire. Absolutely best 2 days. Thank you again Malini.
