Thehouse has a queen bed in the downstairs bedroom, a king bed in the primary bedroom upstairs, and two twin beds in the other guest bedroom. The crows nest features a twin bed and a queen sofa bed, providing plenty of sleeping options for your group. There are also three full bathrooms, each equipped with a hairdryer. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience.

Relax on the large screened-in porch or enjoy the outdoor seating on the deck. Fire up the gas grill (renter responsible for supplying gas if it runs out) and have a cookout with friends and family.

Parking is limited to 1-3 cars per reservation, depending on condo association rules. No boats, trailers, motor homes, jet skis, or golf carts are allowed in the designated parking area. The number of parking passes needed must be prepaid prior to arrival and displayed on the vehicle at all times.

The age limit to rent this unit is strictly enforced at 25 years or older. Monthly rentals must be within the same calendar month to receive the monthly rate.
