Beautiful home. We enjoyed how cozy it was and the pool was a perfect hit.

We had 13 in our family group. There was plenty of room. It’s a lovely house to rent. My family enjoyed our trip and our stay at the house. We parked four vehicles back by the house. They fit, but you may have to do some car jockeying to get out. No big deal. I would stay again!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The house with the pool and lake kept our family busy and the kids LOVED it! Great communication from our Hosts and we will definitely be back!

I texted the owner earlier and sent a message via VRBO letting her know of the problems we encountered. I said at the time that I wouldn’t leave a review so as not to hurt her business over things that could be fixed. But reading older reviews indicates that there is little intention of fixing them. So, this review is solely to warn future prospective renters. There were 8 friends who met in Granbury for a weekend of hot tubbing, shopping, and generally visiting. Upon entering the home we noticed an off putting odor. When we went looking for the source we found mouse droppings beside the water heater. We also found a closet on the second floor that stored extra pillow, blankets and such that had an overwhelming smell of rodent urine. We wondered if maybe something had died in the garage, but it was locked so there’s no way to know. The house was only marginally clean as there were cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling with other insects caught in them. There were live insects in the.house- fairly large spiders, small mosquito looking knats, and beetles. The person who stayed in the room with the smelly closet found carpet beetles in her suitcase. The outdoor furniture was very dirty, we had to clean it before using it. The rules ask that the beds be stripped before leaving. All of the mattress pads were heavily sweat stained and should be replaced. One of the bunks was missing the top side rail and the rail at the foot of the bed. This property is in a great location with plenty of room for a dozen people. In particular the upstairs bunk area is spacious and comfortably accommodates 6 people. The bedroom up stairs with the queen bed is also comfortable but not private as it is at the top of the stairs and anyone going in and out of the bunk room must walk through it to get to the stairs. Not an issue unless your group requires 3 private rooms plus the bunk beds which we didn't. Our group of 11 friends had a wonderful stay enjoying the pool, sitting on the dock, gathering in the living room to fellowship and in the kitchen to eat and taking short trips to nearby venues. Sitting on the front porch with coffee was also a favorite place. The upstairs balcony was inviting but it was just too hot in August for us to enjoy. Maybe next time. We all left wanting to return.

Every year we pick a different place to have a family weekend wrloved the house especially the pool .now if you drive a big pickup it will be hard to get it in the driveway as it is very tight but

We had a great stay! The pool was wonderful! We had kids ranging from 15-1 and everyone was able to have fun in it. The house had everything you might need when traveling. We ran low on paper goods, but the local grocery store was only a short trip away so it wasn’t a big deal. Location was ideal. Only a few minutes from local shopping, and city beach area. I would recommend this house to anyone with small children who love to swim. The upstairs was a little warmer than desired, but we didn’t spend lots of time up there. Kids room was full of toys to play with. There were a few cleaning issues when we arrived. A bag of trash was left on upstairs deck along with a small mess around couch and a used cup on coffee table. Otherwise very clean and tidy. Hosts were very responsive and helpful with all our questions. Highly recommend!

Such a great house for our family summer vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay at Kynlee Shores! The house was beautiful and so peaceful. The pool was wonderful! We loved sitting on the dock watching the fish jump and the ducks and geese swim! Great location! We definitely plan to be back!

We rented this property for a two day family reunion. It was a very nice clean space where we could relax. The kitchen was nicely stalked with dishes and utensils. The pool was a nice size. The kids loved it.

This place was perfect .Everyone from ages 70 - 7 had a wonderful time . There were enough extra blankets , towels & room for everyone. We will for sure be back again .
