Our 3 bathroom, 2.5 bathroom, 3,700 sq. ft. residence sits on 5 acres with views of the Hermosa Cliffs. Enjoy privacy and seclusion while being only 5 minutes (4 miles) from Historic Downtown Durango and 20 minutes (21 miles) north to Purgatory Ski Resort. The home is less then a 5 minute drive to the newly renovated Durango Hot Springs, Dalton Ranch Golf Club as well PJs Market. and a liquor store.

Our home is perfect for multiple families as it has a living space on the main leveland a large game room in the basement with a pool table, foosball, seating, games, TV and half bath (with a second set of washer/dryer). The home features amazing outdoor space with a large deck w/hot tub, gas firepit, outdoor bar, and bbq gas grill. All 3 bedrooms on the main level have AC units (the basement stays plenty cool).

The historic Durango/Silverton tourist train passes by the house across Highway 550 2- 6 times per day depending on the season.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Plenty of room to spread out but still a very nice living space for us to gather as well. Very clean and well maintained property! Great game room- only suggestion is to have a safe way to block the steps down to the game room. The steps right next to the main door was concerning for us with our 4 yr old granddaughter. Other than that- great place!!

    Very nice and comfortable home. Beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms both have awesome showers. The appliances in the kitchen are all super nice. All of this made for a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend with the family!

    Great home with nice amenities. Lots of space and remodeled. Nice backyard with hot tub, fires pits and corn hole. Plenty of parking space easy access to town.

    The house was very nice and spacious. The backyard is gorgeous, and the host was very responsive. Overall, it was a nice trip.One item that we were not aware of when we booked was that, although the property is on 5 acres, you cannot use any of that land off the main property, and the house is very close to a busy road.

    This property was great, location was perfect for us as we would order our food and run into Durango to pick it up and be back at the house in less than 10 minutes. Because it is located on HWY 550 there is some traffic noise during day, but after dark the traffic slows way down. Again not an issue for us. The bed were all very comfortable and the showers in both baths had great water pressure and lots of hot water. Did have a couple of muke deer come up to the house in the evening.

    We had a wonderful stay at this charming home! The house was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated — it had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and we loved the open layout and natural light throughout the space.The location was perfect: quiet and peaceful, yet just a short drive to shops, restaurants, and attractions. We especially enjoyed spending time on the porch and soaking in the peaceful surroundings.The hosts were responsive and welcoming, and everything was exactly as described (if not better!). We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-cared-for place to relax and recharge.

It was close to the Hot Springs and the Honey Distillery while also being only 10 minutes from Historic Downtown Durango. We loved it!The property management company was EXTREMELY responsive. Any questions were answered promptly, and they were so easy to work with. Even if we do not return to Durango, we would certainly look for a property with this company in the future. The only nit I have is that the property has been beautifully redone. The dimmers on the lights in the master bedroom and bathroom need to have the electrical loads addressed. They will not hold a variable dim; they are on or off. Not a deal breaker, but considering the extensive renovation, it should be addressed. As I said, this is very minor; we really loved this vacation spot.

    This was a new property so they were working out a few kinks but overall our stay was great! Great communication from the rental company. The house itself was really nice, comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen, great outdoor area for our dog and for us to enjoy and we also enjoyed the family area in the basement which included a pool and foosball table. Purgatory resort was only 20 minutes down the road where we enjoyed several days of skiing. We would definitely return.
