Clean and welcoming

Clean and open space with plenty of beds (extra mattress, sleeping pads, and air mattresses if needed), 5 min from Zion hot springs and 5 min from the main road to get to Zion( 25 minute drive).

Perfect little spot for our family of 6. ALL the beds were super comfy, and the place was nice and clean.

My husband and I stayed here with our family—we have triplet 5 year olds, a 3 year old and a 18 month old. We bought a pack and play for this house otherwise it was the perfect home base for our Zion adventures.

We had a terrific stay here. The house is nice and VERY well stocked with towels, dishes, etc. The beds were super comfortable. Zion was an easy drive away. Our kids loved the hammocks. The only issue was difficulty in getting the TVs to work, which we were able to figure out eventually. Would definitely stay here again.

House was clean, quiet neighborhood, close to the outskirts of town, enjoyable backyard with hammocks. Perfect respite after our day trips to Zion and Bryce Canyon!

Perfect place to stay to be close to Zion.

The property was as advertised. Cute home in a great location. it was very clean and a nice backyard. The neighborhood is quiet. There is a grocery store very close and it is close to the areas that we were interested in, namely top mountain biking trails. Zions is very close as well.

Awesome location and very cozy neighborhood with plenty of bed space.

Home was very clean & tidy. It has had updates but is still a bit dated. Would be good for families with children. Nice back yard. Cable not provided. Has a coffee maker but not a Keurig. Overall comfortable.

The house was very nicely decorated, clean and everything we needed at our disposal. If we’d had time, would have love to sit out on the large patio. Would definitely recommend.

Was a great spot to relax after a day of hiking at Zion Comfy beds and love the hammocks in back. The grill works great as well

We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The kitchen has everything you need! Coffee and grocery are right down the street!

Lots of room for my family both inside and out. Close to groceries and coffee.

Best location to stay for our Zion trip. Off the busy routes. Home was updated, had everything we needed, and the extra space off the kitchen where the bunk beds are was great for kids. Backyard private and space was clean. Loved having washer/dryer. Best find was the walking sticks in garage for our Narrows hike. Clean empty Garage also awesome for parking car, safety and keeping cool in the heat. Would recommend

I absolutely loved this place!! Beautiful setting!! Beautiful house. Everything clean. Bed comfy!! The selling point to me was their yard. A comfy table to read a book and drink coffee in the morning!! And we sat by their fire pit at night!! So peaceful!! Such a beautiful drive to Zion. Bryce was a bit of a drive but not bad. And sooo beautiful!! Worth it!! This house is a place I would definitely come back to!!
