Private Home Central Ocala, Fully Fenced Yard, Remodeled, Piano, Pet Friendly

Monica was very nice to work with. The house is simply cute. We selected because we have 3 dogs-and they LOVED it! The house is simple, clean, close to attractions (art district, downtown Ocala, Silver Springs) and even has a piano that my musical son enjoyed. We experienced a local resident Peacock while there-apparently comes annually. Very cool!

Nice place out of the way quiet worked perfectly

Close to Silver Springs, downtown, Ross and Bealls. Easy access to roads leading to Rainbow Springs, Whispering Oaks Winery and Hiatus Brewing. Dinner downtown at Harry's (took our dog, sat outside) and La Cuisine (only place our dog didn't go) were excellent and a lot of fun. The art show on the downtown square was packed. A lot to see. I cannot emphasize enough how convenient the location was. 10 minutes to downtown. 10 minutes to Silver Springs. Close to Publix for groceries. Almost any other neighborhood would have been loaded with traffic. The home is quite comfortable with 2 bedrooms. Some nice broken-in couches to relax on. A short block to walk the dog around. A huge back-yard well-fenced. Rin Tin Tin was one neighbor and a very friendly black dog in the other yard behind the house. There -is- a washer and (I believe) a dryer, but they are in the shed behind the house, which we never looked into. The house was very quiet. We're on a month-long road trip and this was by far the best place for the dog. For people, maybe it could have been fancier, but not by much; I probably wouldn't mention it were it not for some of the other reviews. We'd stay here again.

I definetively had a wonderful time in this property, rooms were quite comfortable and property is very clean but also very safe, location is just perfect! I was near of everything I needed to buy and the service was awesome. I will definetively come back there again. Thanks a lot!.

I originally booked to stay for 6 weeks but checked out after 4 weeks once I found other accommodations. In general the property was dirty, run down and not in a safe location. I cleaned the house when I arrived, the floors left the Swiffer pads brown with dirt. Overall it looked and felt like it wasn't cleaned or maintained very well. When I first arrived we had some cold nights, low 30 degrees. There is a small heater in living room and a portable but it was still very cold in the house. I wouldnt consider it to meet the requirements to be called heated. The laundry is located in a filthy run down tin shack in the back yard. I only went out there when it was light out. The neighborhood is mixed use and as a single woman staying alone I did not feel safe. On a good note, the owner was very pleasant, responded in reasonable time frames and did accept my dog, which I am grateful for. I met the couple that fix things/take care of things and the lawn mowing gentleman, they were all very nice. I just wish she had been more forthcoming about the location and condition of the property.

The House is very nice, needs a little upgrade, especially in the laundry room, but other than that is great home for stay. Very nice front yard space

I needed a quick home away from home and this place did the job. If you are looking for something upscale this definitely isn’t what your looking for. I don’t have many complaints about this place it definitely was well accommodated with everything you could need. But this place is a lot smaller than it looks in pictures, as well does not have central air or heat. And definitely a little run down with only bands aids to fix issues. Good location to the live stock pavilion as well as a 13 mins drive to silver springs which is a must see. Monica was an amazing host, there was a lovely welcoming note. And fresh flowers upon arrival. The place was definitely clean as it could get. I would stay here again
