Stayed Apr 8, 2026The home was clean and well-maintained upon arrival, located in a quiet neighborhood with several restaurants within easy walking distance. The pool and patio area—complete with an outdoor kitchen—provided a perfect space to relax after the beach and spend quality time with family.One issue we encountered was the pool-level door leading into the home, which required a separate code that was not provided despite requesting it. Additionally, the door shade was not functioning upon arrival, and this was reported to the host.The beach is just a short, convenient walk away, though the property does not offer direct beach or water views.Beach chairs, towels, and toys were thoughtfully provided. The elevator was a great feature as well, making it easy to transport groceries and luggage and offering added convenience for anyone wanting to avoid frequent trips up and down the stairs.Overall, I highly recommend this property for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Stayed Jan 10, 2026We enjoyed our stay. The house is awesome. We would highly recommend that you stay here if you plan to travel to the Clearwater area. The booking was easy and Christianne was awesome to work with. The house was very clean and well stocked. Your just a 3 minute walk to the beach and in walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. Its a very quite neighbor hood and everyone in the area was very nice. Christianne was quick to respond while making us feel very welcomed. Give the host and the house a 10. If your looking to stay in Indian Rocks this is the house you need to rent for your vacation or just a quick visit.
