Look no further. This is the house. We are so glad we stayed here for our 10 days. The price, the location, the house, all the items in the house, the pool and the host were top scale. It just doesnt get any better. All the past reviews persuaded us to go with this property and we are happy to keep that trend going. We cant wait to be back!

This was a great place to enjoy with the family. We loved the pool, hot tub, and putting green setup outside. We spent most of our time out there. The house layout was great and it had everything we needed. We will definitely look into staying here again in the future!

This was perfect for our spring break get away! Pool and hot tub with fun lights, 3 bedrooms, close to freeway any direction. We loved it! Will keep this as a favorite for future trips. Host was very communicative, patient with questions, and info at the house for how to's was great! 5 stars all the way around!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this home! The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The heated pool was definitely a highlight—our family had so much fun swimming and enjoying the beautiful outdoor space. We also loved playing putt-putt and cornhole together, which made the stay even more special.The house truly had everything we needed, and it made for the perfect family trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing place to stay!

The house was as listed, and we had a wonderful stay! Good location and easy to get to places. Very close to a main road as well for going to any places further away. The host was excellent and very responsive. We had no issues with the house. The pool and spa were great - spa heats up quickly. My husband used the putting green a lot. The backyard is quite large. Nice seating back by the pool area and several pool floaties we could use.

I honestly couldn't wait to leave this review. Steve is the best host, the house is absolutely perfect, the pool/spa is top notch and the 3 hole golfing green kept us all busy. This was our first family trip and we couldn't have asked for more. The house location is perfect and a simple drive to anything that interests you. Neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We will without a doubt stay here again if we travel back to this area!

I just returned from a week-long stay. It's a great place to rent if you are coming to Phoenix. The house was very clean on arrival, and the furniture and bed were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything you might need. I loved the pool! The house has a great location with many stores and restaurants nearby, and top restaurants in Phoenix and Scottsdale are less than 30 minutes away because of easy access to the freeways. Steve was an incredible host. He was very responsive and flexible. I plan to return on my next trip to Phoenix.

This property enjoys an excellent location, offering convenient proximity to all necessary amenities. The house itself is superb, featuring a wonderful, private, fenced pool. Furthermore, Steve's management and communication are exceptional.

The property was as shown / described and communication with Steve was amazing. No issues entering the house or during the stay. The house was stocked with all the basic necessities and the provided directions for everything on property were clear and helpful. The street was very quiet and I had no issues. The only comment I might make is that the internet connection is/was a slow. Overall, the stay was excellent.

Beautiful weather for October, but very glad we had the pool heated. Even tho it was very warm during the day, it definitely cools off at night and in the morning. Great location. Close to everything you could need on a trip.

We’ve stayed at several VRBO properties and by far the communication with the host was way above expectations. The host reached out to communicate well before our stay and during our stay to check in. The property was amazingly clean and backyard is fantastic. Pictures don’t do it justice. We spent a lot of our time in the pool and hot tub and played golf and cornhole. We would definitely stay here again.
