Check in was easy and the communication with the host company was excellent. The house was as described, with plenty of room for the 5 of us on a girls trip. The pool was perfect and we loved having ping pong/pool table for a fun activity at night. My suggestion to the owners would be to get a new cleaning company. At first look, everything was fine. But as the stay continued, we starting noticing cleanliness issues-water marks on the nightstands that hadn't been wiped down, same for the living room table. Hair coating the wall on one of the upstairs bathrooms (yuk!), dirty utensils, etc. Not a deal breaker, but they need to have someone else cleaning between guests.We loved the location, so easy to get on/off the highway with plenty of food and grocery stores nearby. Would we stay again? Maybe-if the guaranteed cleanliness as part of the agreement.

The property was very nice and clean. The location was excellent. Ten minutes and you were by shops, dining, bars and golf. I would recommend this property.

We were a family of 8 with 3 young children. The house was beautiful and large and came with a well supplied kitchen, comfortable bedrooms with plenty of indoor and outdoor towels. We really enjoyed the backyard with the pool, putting green and bbq grill. We also got to enjoy some ping pong games. Communication was easy and I would say everything was as described. We would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay!! The host/property manager was always super quick to respond. The house was perfect and spacious. The kitchen had everything we could’ve needed. 10/10 for everything!! The house was clean, the beds were comfortable. The amount of starter supplies they give you was more than adequate which was super appreciated! The backyard pool area is great. We had so much fun and would recommend this to anyone! It was the perfect home away from home!

Nice house. Well equipped. Located in a nice neighborhood. Not walkable to any stores so you will need a car. Probably true of most rental properties in the PHX area.

We had a wonderful stay at this Scottsdale home and could not have asked for a better place for our family getaway. The home was absolutely fabulous both inside and out and provided the perfect setting for time together. It was beautiful, well maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with great amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was ideal, with easy access to many nearby attractions, which made getting around simple and convenient. One of the added bonuses was the benefit of free golf and a Phoenix Zoo visit for one person, both of which we took advantage of and truly enjoyed. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and a home we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Scottsdale.

Perfect Arizona house for 8 adults. Pool and large kitchen and large gathering rooms . Everything in good condition . Quiet neighborhood . Close location to airport and also to Carefree . Would stay again !

House was as described and as presented in the pictures. The bedding, towels, etc were all of a nice quality. The communication with the host for check-in and out was clear. Would stay here again.

This property was PERFECT for our family of 10 to enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday!! It was clean and big enough that we didn’t feel like we were bumping into each other. The backyard was perfect for hanging out. Communication between owner was efficient and responses to questions were answered within an hour.

The home had everything we needed for a great family reunion.

Had a wholesome bachelorette weekend for a total of 7 women. The rooms and number of bathrooms were perfect. The kitchen and dining areas were perfect though we wish there were 7-8 seats for the indoor and outdoor dining given the size of the house. The couch was ideal for our game night where we can all sit comfortably. The pool and outdoor space was great. We did come at an unfortunate time when there had just been a monsoon in Phoenix because of some hurricanes in Mexico so the mosquitoes were ruthless and PLENTIFUL during the early afternoon to late. I tried to go to the store to buy some Citronella candles but everywhere was run out. It would have been nice if the house had something for mosquitos knowing the monsoon had just happened

This is a great spacious luxury home! The beds were so soft and the place was clean and was the cherry on top of a great vacation! We felt right at home. Also check in and check out procedures are clear and simple! As a group of young ladies in a new state we felt safe in the home and neighborhood. We were very close to shopping a food. I highly recommend this home for your next stay!

We had a great time in this home. Beautiful property and fun pool and backyard to relax in. Plenty of space for our party. The location was convenient to local grocery store and all the others places we needed to be for a family event. We would definitely stay there again if it was available.

Clean and so pretty! The lay out of the house is perfect for groups or families. One bedroom downstairs, with a bathroom off the kitchen. Bar seating, huge kitchen, double oven, coffee pot, kettle, they have it all. Upstairs has multiple bedrooms a Jack and Jill bedroom with another bathroom. It’s great. Backyard has a great pool with lounge space that’s shallow and allows for patio chairs, if you have kids though, there isn’t a shallow end to swim or stand, life jackets saved us the worry. Beds are comfortable, plenty towels and pillows. It’s peaceful and gorgeous. Would suite a family, or a group easily. Easy to connect with itrip with questions. Location is 10/10, you are by everything!!! Thanks for having us!

The property and location were amazing! It was very convenient to all of the places we planned to visit. The home was beautiful, had lots of natural light, and we especially loved the pool area. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all loved the super soft sheets! The only tiny hiccup was that we chose this property over others since it had a garage, but we misunderstood the listing and the garage is not available for use.

The place was beautiful! The kitchen was well equipped and the property was well maintained and clean. We had a great stay!

Can’t say enough good things about this house. From the amenities, the location being close to so many things to do, the cleanliness, fire table outside , the amazing pool and more, it’s the perfect spot ! We could not be happier with the stay & plan to book again!

The house is gorgeous. Well equipped with everything we needed. Great location as we used the house as our home base for ASU visit as well as Grand Canyon and Sedona trips.The pool was fantastic in the cool evenings.

The house is spacious and was clean. Great outdoor pool area (pool cleaner was a bit annoying). Grandkids enjoyed the pool, pool table and putt putt area. It was a great family spring break trip.

We are a family of 10 ranging from 2 - 65 years and this place was amazing! There was plenty of room for our entire family. We spent many hours in the pool and on the putting green. The fire table was a nice touch for the chilly evenings. The house is in a great location in close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping etc. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, plates, cutlery, glasses etc. There is a nice bbq in the back yard to grill on. We can’t say enough about this place. We had a great stay and will be back!!

The house was great. We enjoyed the pool everyday and it was heated nicely. The putting green was great to have as well. The location allowed us to walk to the local stores and short drives to attractions. Would definitely recommend.

This was our second time to use this property. It is exactly as advertised clean, comfortable, and in a great location for what we needed. We will be back next year.

Instead of paying the lofty hotel fees at the JW Marriott at Desert Ridge for a conference, we opted to stay at this beautiful and roomy home. Outfitted with comfortable rooms and most people having their own bathroom, this was a great option to relax after long days at the conference. The home is a 7-10 minute drive to the Marriott. It was super convenient and easy to get to. We loved the heated pool which took advantage of one day. The grill and kitchen were nice and stocked with coffee, tea, oils and seasoning. The supermarket and restaurants were nearby and had a nice selection. Overall it was a quiet and nice retreat.

The house was great large rooms to hangout in during the heatwave lol. We spent the morning and evenings in the pool and putting green. Kitchen was spacious with everything we needed. The grill was used every night. Neighborhood was nice and quite. We really enjoyed our time minus the heatwave in October. Would comeback on our next visit next year. We had a great stay! The house was beautiful and spacious. I was there with coworkers, as we were attending a conference at a nearby resort. Everything worked as expected. Communicating with the hosts was easy and quick.
