Private Heated Pool! Ping Pong Table! Gourmet Kitchen & Carriage House!

The property has a great location. The home is very beautifully decorated. It does however need some maintenance. All outdoor outlets did not work so we could not charge our golf cart. Very few indoor outlets worked. Lots of dead lightbulbs on the exterior of the home. The hot water is very very minimal.

167 Dandelion Street is even lovelier than the photos. Having the Carriage House is a real plus to accommodate adults and two toddlers. Some of the electronics were not working, which is the only reason I did not give a 5.0 overall rating.

The house location was amazing - we were able to access all Watercolor facilities with ease and getting to the store and into town was a short bike or golf cart ride. The neighborhood was quiet and the house layout was perfect. The carriage house was a great addition too! A perfect fit for our family!

The property was very nice. Beds were incredibly comfy. The pool was a bit on the small side but good for cooling off. It was quite dirty, however. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the natural vegetation around the house.

Location of home is right were you want it. Short walk to everywhere. Apt over the garage was ideal for three 18 year olds. Furnishings and amenity's are 1st class--Wolf Stove, Sub-zero, etc. Master suite is large. Pool area is just enough. Tons of porch space to sit in a screened area. Could not have been better

We loved the overall experience of Just Dandy! Would recommend detailed instructions for surround sound equipment. Great location and house. Our kids enjoyed the oversized hot tub (pool). Wish we would have had more time to enjoy all of the outdoor/screened in spaces. Carriage house was a great escape for our teens! Access to Camp Watercolor and the Beach Club a great bonus. Camp Watercolor is more ideal for younger families. Direct access to the beach from the Beach Club was fantastic. Bikes were taken full advantage of, only wish there was one more for the house...5 was an odd number for our 6 kids to enjoy. Can’t wait for next Spring Break!

Cozy and spacious at same time. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen, especially with the situation right now. Could use better audio/visual instructions. So many remotes LOL. No complaints other wise.

A fantastic location and house for a family getaway. We had three generations celebrating a milestone birthday, and everyone from age 8 months to 75 had a blast. We all enjoyed biking, the beach, and our spirited pickle ball competitions! The house was a great home base for big family meals and nights playing cards and relaxing in the pool. We can't wait for our next excuse to return!

We loved this place! Walking distance from everything (pickleball and tennis courts,, ocean, restaurants and grocery store), quiet and with perfect privacy. Beautiful views from the windows and porch, and great pool. Looking forward to coming back!

What a fantastic place! In a few days, we walked on the beach, biked to Grayton State Park, played pickleball and bocceball, enjoyed the hot tub, perused the beautiful neighborhoods in Water Color and Seaside, created some wonderful memories with family and friends. We’ll be back!
