This beautiful home was the perfect spot for my family’s vacation. Easy beach access, and this hidden gem beach was much less crowded than most on 30-A.

Absolutely beautiful home fully equipped with top end finishes and appliances. It’s ideal for families—multiple kitchens and multiple decks to enjoy the wonderful Florida weather. Loved the home’s proximity to the beach and community pool. The neighborhood is very well manicured and in a peaceful setting with many amenities to include putting green and playground for kids. I appreciated use of the golf cart and the nice surprises in the garage with bikes, beach chairs and toys for kids. The host was very helpful with great recommendations to maximize our vacation. House is beautiful, safe location, and amazing beach. However, the apartment over the carriage house had a very strange smell and when we tried to put the air on, giant roaches came crawling out. We were unable to occupy the space as a result and have been waiting for a response to our request for a partial refund. The communications before that were wonderful, and they did come out right away to try to get the pool heater working - it didn't really work but they did try.

Our family really enjoyed our stay for a weekend wedding at Eden Gardens. The house was very nice, beds cozy, and neighborhood beautiful.

A great house, just not a good fit for us! The layout of the house was not conducive to the two families staying. The layout of the house is very awkward. The first floor has one bedroom, the second floor has one bedroom and the main living space, while the third floor has two rooms with two bathrooms. It would’ve been a better fit for us had the main living space had two rooms instead of the third floor. Also, on the first floor is a half bath. The second floor, where the main living space is located, only had a master bath. No hall half bath. The golf cart was not in the best condition. All four of us took it to the beach and didn’t know if it would make it up the boardwalk on the way back. Also, there are not many wash cloths in the home. I only noticed one per bathroom. As far as checking in, the process was so smooth. Linda and Karen are great to work with! A beautiful property overall.

The house was good. Watersound is a peaceful location. I would suggest printed directions for the televisions and a couple of serving platters for the kitchen.

Beautiful home with 5 bedrooms including carriage house. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. They had bicycles and a golf cart for use around the neighborhood. We rode bikes to the Big Chill and used the golf cart to go to the beach. We hired people to set up beach chairs since we were a family of 7 adults and one infant. We rented a crib for the baby and it made it so easy. Everything was beautifully maintained and it even had an elevator for luggage and groceries We would stay there again!!

Positives: Great location and beautiful house for large families. Great communication with property manager. Bonus that 4 bikes and cart come with house, though the bike lock code provided on check-in was not correct. Negatives; Very poorly equipped kitchen for such a nice house (had to buy a spatula and 2 dishtowels) and poorly equipped bathrooms (some rooms only had 1 bath towel); some broken fixtures; furniture was worn and looked like it had been rented; and upstairs drain on dishwasher/sink had a very strong and offensive foul sewer odor that could not be fixed despite prop manager sending cleaning tablets. I would rent this property again but be prepared to bring some of your own items that should otherwise be provided with such a premium property.

It was wonderful and such a good location! The pool was broken upon arrival but easy communication with owner and new pump installed first thing Monday morning.

This home is gorgeous! The design, appliances, bedding! Everything is exceptional! We had such an amazing birthday celebration!!! I highly recommend this home!

We went for a long weekend. Location of the house is great!! Owners very responsive to questions. Had everything we needed!!!
