Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements Both bedrooms are located on the right side of the house. Bedroom1 hosts a King Bed, Ensuite bathroom, and smart tv. Bedroom 2 hosts a Queen bed, and smart tv. Additional sleeping is offered in the game room with a Queen pull out bed. A shared bathroom is available in the hallway.

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
