Fantastic! Your house added tremendously to our visit (family wedding). Very spacious with high ceilings, large living room and bedrooms! Super comfortable layout for group. We loved sitting poolside for quiet cup of coffee, special visits or a relaxing dip in the pool. LOCATION was perfect. Near the river, city, major highways and stores, yet a quiet, tranquil neighborhood. New kitchen feel with appliances and open layout-fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher all worked well. Really appreciated quantity/quality of bath towels. Host responded to every question within minutes - so helpful. AC worked very well, especially in humid environment. Comments from each family member re what would make their experience better: consider a ceiling fan in kitchen, more seating in kitchen for max number of potential guests, add exhaust fans in bathrooms, hand rail in tubs/slippery tubs, update washer/dryer and bring inside the house, add to kitchen dishes, glasses and flatware to match max # of guests, expand kitchen tools to include hand mixer, oven mitts, placemats would be nice with glass table, extra blankets available for beds, freshen/clean sofas. We would definitely recommend your house and hope to enjoy it again for future visits. Thank you!!

Plenty of room and place was clean and the pool was refreshing and used often. Host was responsive when we reached out.

Pool was the best part!

The house was in a nice location. It was clean, though the furniture and rugs were pretty worn and stained. The shower had good water pressure, all appliances were in good repair, and the host was quick to respond to any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay! The house has ample space, was very clean, and comfortable, and the host was extremely responsive to our messages. We didn’t get an opportunity to use the heated pool but that’s simply because our schedule didn’t allow for it. The pool looked very nice and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend staying here!!!

The home was very clean and well kept. Short drive from the airport and easy to find. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. Swimming pool was also clean and well maintained. The only thing missing was a toaster in the kitchen.

We enjoyed having plenty of space to visit with family and enjoyed the pool as well. I was disappointed in the lack of amenities in the kitchen. No toaster, muffin tin, and very limited kitchen items. When you stay at a house that can sleep as many as the house does, more than likely, you will do a lot of cooking to help cut the cost of going out to eat. Also, we had to buy our own washcloths for bathing. There were plenty of towels and hand towels, but not a single washcloth. Had a grill, but not any grill utensils. The house was clean. Living room furniture could use a good shampooing or replacement. The game room area was nice but the ping pong table was broke. Having a washer and dryer was nice - but know that you must put it through a second spin cycle.

The hostess was amazing but the house was not clean at all to us, and had a weird smell. The walls and baseboards were nasty and the kitchen cabinets needed a good wipe down. The floors were dirty and there was a weird sticky spot on one of the bed side tables which was a bit concerning. All the ceiling fans were full of dust and there were no kitchen towels or wash cloths. There was also no toaster available which to me is a staple. The shower curtains were discolored at the bottom. The pool was beautiful and when I contacted the hostess, she what she could to make our stay bearable. She provided bleach and kitchen towels so that we could clean. The pictures were very deceiving. I will say that we are freakishly clean people so our standards may have been to high as the reviews were excellent. I didn’t feel the house was….

Great location!! A lot of shops and restaurants. 20 minutes to Jax Airport. Heated pool was awesome!! Being a pool owner myself. Trying to plan another stay.

The owner was very communicative and helpful. We were a family of 6 and had more than enough room and were very comfortable. Loved having a pool! Would stay again.

Great time was had by all .Visiting my nephew and his family in the area they only lived 10 minutes away so great location near restaurants,stores,groceries and not far from the highway.Will look to stay again when in the area. Host was easy to contact if needed.

The stay was wonderful. The house was just what we needed. Clean and spacious. Everything was more than what we could have imagined!!

Very nice house, great location, owner was very attentive and quick to resolve issues that came up.If we are ever in the Jacksonville area, we will definitely check availability on this house first.
