The home was beautiful and had everything we needed and more! The beaches were gorgeous! We rode bikes, lounged in the pool and enjoyed every day so much! We had a fantastic stay, the owner, Kristen ensured we had everything we needed to have an amazing vacation.

We had a great time as a family of four making Plumeria Point our home base. We enjoyed shelling and swimming at the white sand beaches of Marco Island. We made some day trips to Naples and Everglade city and were still able to make it back for a nice relaxing evening with a refreshing swim in the pool.

My family of four greatly enjoyed our stay at Plumeria Point! We have been to Marco Island and love the island and all it has to offer. We had previously stayed at beach resorts and our experience with Plumeria Point has changed our perspective entirely. We loved the location and all the amenities this house came with. It was very central to all the beach access and restaurants we wanted to try. My husband and son took a few bikes rides and found a sweet bike path just a short distance away. Both of my kids LOVED the pool and the spacious outdoor patio. We ate meals and watched Buffalo Sabres games on the outdoor TV, truly a treat we would not be able to replicate back home. Everything you think you may need was in the house already - our examples: a spare propane tank, aloe gel, maple syrup, coffee. Plenty of beach towels and the ability to wash and dry them everyday. All the beach equipment you would need - wagon, tons of beach chairs, sand toys, football. The indoor spaces are all well appointed with extra throw blankets, tons of games and space to relax. The owner was extremely kind, easy to reach and accommodating. Perfect spot!

Kristin was a fabulous host; so accessible if needed and she also checked in frequently (though we had ZERO problems!). The house was impeccably clean and exactly as advertised. She had it stocked with everything you could possibly need. Do not hesitate to book this lovely home.

Kristen was very welcoming! Great location, 1 block to YMCA and pickleball, loved riding the bikes to Mackel Park and nearby restaurants. House was spacious and had everything we needed.

We loved staying at Plumeria Point. We had eight people, including six young adults/teenagers, and the house provided ample room. We loved the lanai, especially having the outdoor TV for watching the bowl games. Location was great. Nothing was more than an eight-minute drive. We went to both South Marco Island Beach and Tigertail Beach. Tigertail Beach requires a short walk across the lagoon, but even at high tide, it was still below the waist, if not lower. We would definitely go back to the property. Kristen was a great host and highly responsive, even when she was on vacation.

Our stay was terrific! We have stayed at a number of homes and this one quickly reached the top of our list. Convenient to restaurants, beach, stores and activities. Great walking options for those who like to move on vacation. House was completely stocked even provided all the beach gear we could possibly need. Was incredibly clean upon arrival and Kristen was so easy to communicate with. We would absolutely without a doubt book with her again.

We found Plumeria Point by pure happy accident! We had never been to Marco Island before but once we saw the house, we knew we needed to go! Our trip consisted of my husband, our daughter (18 y/o), two sons (22 and 23 y/o) and me! First of all, we felt completely at ease coming to the house after a late flight because communication with Kristen has been so easy from the second we booked! She gave us SO much information about the area, activity suggestions, restaurant suggestions, what's nearby, etc. that by the time we arrived, we really felt comfortable. And this house! WOW! For our family of 5, we had MORE than enough room from the spacious living room with large sectional and sitting area with board games for those rainy days! The large kitchen had the pots, pans, griddle, measuring cups, plates, flatware, etc. my husband and I needed to make our family a large breakfast one of the mornings (but we definitely took advantage of the restaurant suggestions for the other meals!). Now, walking out of the living room through the sliding doors is the amazing heated pool, fire table and sitting area and another table with chairs, along with sunning chairs and grill! Oh, and a flats screen TV! Every morning we played music on the TV while watching the waterfall on the pool! We were also completely appreciative of all the supplies and tools to borrow for beach day! We borrowed a wagon, beach chairs, cooler, big umbrella and even the beach towels to spend the day at Tigertail Beach! The neighborhood is quiet and the homes in the area are gorgeous and made for some great sightseeing on a morning walk! We were short drives to mini golf, a State Park to gator watch and take a jet ski tour! This was a super quick trip for our first time to Marco Island and at Plumeria Point and we are already talking about our next trip!

Wonderful home!!! Very clean, well stocked with anything and everything we could possibly need or want. Lay out and space is awesome. Backyard and pool were amazing. Beds are so comfortable. Location is perfect. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. We will stay here again! Kristen was an amazing host. BOOK NOW! You won’t regret it.

Our family enjoyed ourselves immensely at Kristin’s beautiful home. The house was gorgeous and spacious enough for all of our family. The amenities meet all of our needs. The grandchildren loved the pool. The lanai was very nice for all us to relax on. The neighborhood was so gorgeous. It’s been six years since our last visit to Marco Island when our son got married at the JW Marriott. We loved being back again and being all together. Our stay was wonderful. The house had everything we needed, and more. The bikes and beach chairs and umbrella were so handy to use while we visited. The pool was great too.

Beautiful home that fit our needs perfectly. We traveled with 4 adults, 3 teens, and a 1.5 year old. The house was perfect for all ages. Very clean, well put together. Great amenities! The pool & out door space was our favorite part. Kristen was amazing to work with and very communicable. 5 stars across the board for us!

Excellent location. Owner very responsive to fix of pool and tv. Well equipped kitchen. Only need is for better reading lights in living room and bedroom.

Kristen was an excellent host and the property suited us perfectly. She was communicative and provided ample suggestions that we incorporated into our trip. These were helpful in it being such a success, such as taking an Uber to the beach in high season because of limited parking, avoiding the crowds at Tiger Tail by going around 5p, and taking the Hemingway shuttle out to Keewaydin. She even helped us find allergy friendly food options. The house was in great condition with everything we needed. Plus she took some suggestions immediately. I’d highly recommend this property and Kristen to others looking to stay on Marco Island!

Our family enjoyed the welcoming home that had everything we needed during our stay. The heated pool was great for the entire family and especially for entertaining our kids during the early mornings. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. We would love to come back!

This was our third vacation home in Florida and it was wonderful!!! Even though I know this place is popular (we were lucky to find available dates) the house is clean and feels new, doesn't show signs of previous guests. There are so many little details added to make your vacation wonderful. There was an ice maker, toys for kids, beach chairs and equipment, bikes and even special makeup remover towls in the bathroom, not something you see a lot in vacation homes. The beds are nice and comfortable, the pool is great with toys and floats. The area is quiet and beautiful. We definitely recommend crossing the lagoon to the outer beach at Tigertail beach, a very fun and unique experience. Kristen has a very detailed binder in the house, filled with fun ideas for the the island, very helpful. We also went on an airboat ride in the Everglades - super fun! Thanks for an unforgetable experience in Marco Island!!

This house has everything you need! We loved having the bikes, and all of the beach gear! The back patio with the pool is fabulous, we could not have asked for anything more!! We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this house. The owner is very responsive, we had such an amazing experience!
