Private gulf view home in quiet area, screened porch, beach gear included!

Check-in was not great, we were given the wrong lock code, so could not get in, and couldn’t contact the host because there was no cell service. A few things were either mis- represented or not as shown in the listing, including the slip covers on the leather sofas, and there were no white chairs as shown in the downstairs area. Also, the shower curtain in the bathroom was so short that it was hard to keep the water from running out onto the floor. No other major concerns.

Sandy acres did not disappoint. We were close to the beach, maybe 2ish min walk. The porch was my favorite feature. The view is priceless! Make sure your party is prepared for the steps. We got our workout in daily.

The home was modern, clean and well-stocked. Even though it was a 2d tier home, there were decent ocean/beach views from the large screened front balcony (for as long as another lot remains vacant). Beach access is directly across the street.

Like all the beach front homes prepare to climb stairs. This house is comfortable and well stocked. We had no complaints with the AC keeping up which was a great relief from the heat of the day. We love the close proximity to the beach and wide drive and covered parking for the boat. This home is in need of some TLC and general maintenance. It is advertised as a 3 BATH. I specifically called and asked about this before renting and was told there was an extra bath on ground level for use which in fact was not available. Like many places on the cape there is construction right next door which I was also told had been completed. Overall we enjoyed this home and location. Thank you for sharing your home.

Can't think of a single thing to complain about except that time passes too quickly there.

Lovely home with great view and proximity to beach. Appreciate that we were able to enjoy vacation with our fur babies. The screened porch was a pleasant plus.
