This guest house includes a super long private driveway and a personal lanai. The house is just a short 12 minutes drive to the world famous Siesta Key Beach, 11 minutes from Sarasota Downtown, and 15 minutes from St Armand Circle.

Stayed Apr 8, 2026Loved the privacy of it. Very clean and well equipped. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Great selection of apps on the TV. It had everything you needed to cook in and dishwasher to clean up after. The washer and dryer worked great as well. Communication with any questions was answered in minutes. Overall would definitely recommend and stay agin.

Stayed Dec 21, 2024Comfortable rooms. Only two minor issues: please list all appliances in kitchen and bathroom (hairdryer?). Also, need some information about your television. It took a couple of days to figure it out. Otherwise it was great. Thank you.
