Stayed Oct 2, 2025One of my favorite rentals ever! Sarah was an amazing hostess who thought of every detail, and the space was just perfect for our group. Easy walk to downtown, comfortable beds, tons of space to spread out. This is one of those places I wish I could keep a secret because I loved it so much! We will be back!

Stayed May 9, 2024We stayed here for our daughters graduation and a football game weekend too! It was great! Lots of room and fabulous location! We walked to downtown and the stadium and it was so easy! Will definitely be returning! Would be nice to have an ice maker...maybe just one that sits on the counter! :)

Stayed Nov 9, 2023This is a beautiful basement apartment with a great location in downtown Athens! The hosts were warm, welcoming, super helpful with restaurant recommendations and were easily accessible for communication before and during our stay. They provided coffee, snacks, and even a toothbrush when someone in our party forgot theirs. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed Oct 6, 2022Perfect location and size for our group! We have one daughter that went to UGA and one that attends Auburn so both had friends join us for a great weekend. Easy to walk to downtown. Plenty of room to spread out. Loved all the TV's to watch football. Owners so nice and helpful. Would rent again. Wish I knew of this house when my daughter was attending UGA!

Stayed Sep 9, 2021Beautifully decorated suite with plenty of windows and natural light. Plenty of room for our family to be more than comfortable. The rooms were very spacious and well-appointed, including comfortable beds and linens, snacks and beverages from our host. The entertainment room was an added bonus and very much enjoyed during our stay. Excellent communication with owner. Highly recommend this beautiful property!

Stayed Aug 11, 2021The location cannot be beat, the guest home is beautiful and felt like we were staying in a garden in England. The host family is so kind and helpful. We will stay again when we visit our daughter at UGA!
