Private Guest House w/ Parking Mins to I-70. Close to Red Rocks

We could not have been happier with our decision to stay here for our trip! The place was settled in a quiet neighborhood close to anything you need and a 2 minute walk to a trail along a creek. The place was stocked better than any place weve stayed in before and was beautifully decorated and very cozy. Having parking included was a big plus too. All around, trust all of the other reviews!! This place is worth it!!

We loved this rental. Had breakfast every morning on the cute back patio. Kitchen had everything we needed. It had fluffy towels and comfy bed and a lot of extras you don't normally see. Moniquea was great to work with. If we're ever in Denver again, we would definitely stay again.

To know about the property, just read all the other reviews. All true and best describes the place. The property is an absolute 10. Very clean, spacious, quality linens, toiletry and kitchen and dinnerware. Beautiful surroundings and close to Red Rocks. Feels like your home when it comes to everything. Even has chicolates, coffee, tea, yard and a nice sweet dog who visits occasionally.

A fabulous guest house on a beautiful property with suburb hosts! What more can you ask? The guest house was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking and many extras including snacks, chilled water, coffee and chocolates. The bathroom was also well stocked with high-quality bath products, a generous amount of towels, a hairdryer and robes. Beds were very comfortable, and the bedrooms on either side of the living space, both with private exits offering a little extra privacy if wanted. The two lush outdoor spaces were surrounded by flowers and plants, and offered a comfortable place to enjoy morning coffee, a meal or an evening glass of wine. We stayed mid-summer, so we got to enjoy the flowers.Monique was responsive, friendly and non-intrusive. She even offered to help haul in our luggage and put our groceries away when I told her we were trying to make it to the Cardinal/Rockies game. All the extra touches added up to a great stay.

Beautiful, pristine property that was just perfect for our family. Had all of the amenities we needed plus so many little extras. They were wonderful hosts. We will absolutely return!

Monique is absolutely the best host. The sheets are the softest, the towels are a dream and the house has delicious snacks! The place is very comfortable and quiet. I’m always sad when my stay is over as it’s such a great place.

This property was exactly as described and more! It was well appointed, clean and quiet. Perfectly located between Denver and the Front Range. We will definitely be returning.

What a wonderful stay! Beautiful, well appointed cottage with everything you could ask for and more. Super clean and bright, private and quiet. While the cottage shares the yard with the main house, the landscaping creates two private spaces for relaxing and dining. Flowers, shrubs and trees are carefully cared for. The kitchen is better stocked than my own (ok, not totally true, but close) with new dishes, glassware, pots, pans, coffee, tea, snacks, etc. AC and fans make hot days and nights very comfortable and the beds are great. The decor is spa-like without being cold, and there are thoughtful touches everywhere. Every time I looked around there was something else useful. Moniquea is an excellent host, communicates easily and quickly, and checked in to make sure our stay was perfect. We travel quite a bit and have stayed in many VRBOs. This retreat is in our top two - you will not regret it!

I took our two daughters 21 and 23 to Denver for a four-day weekend to celebrate a 21st birthday. The guest house was perfectly represented online, beautifully decorated and absolutely exceeded our expectations from comfort to functionality and having everything and more than we needed.. They provided many extras and were accessible the entire trip. I would stay there every single time in Denver. Definitely definitely an 11 out of 10.!!! thank you for an awesome stay and making us feel so welcome from the special notes to delicious chocolates and having everything in the guest house from soaps to toiletries, etc. Absolutely beautiful And laid out for a perfect vacation for a family, friends or couples!!! I really can’t say enough about about this place!!!! They even worked with us on flexibility, checking in and checking out ….very much appreciated. We loved it.!!!

This place was without any hesitation the best place my husband and I have stayed at with VRBO, and we've been doing this for almost 20 years. The unit, host, amenities, cleanliness, and communication were superior!!! This immaculate unit had anything and everything a guest could possibly need, want, or wish for - it was fabulous! Downtown Denver, Red Rocks, and Bolder were are within 20 minutes and the airport is just 35 mins away. DO NOT HESITATE - BOOK THIS GUEST COTTAGE!!!!

We stayed here for a week in August 2024 and really enjoyed our stay. The guest house is beautifully remodeled, new top notch appliances, plenty of kitchen pots, pans and utensils and nice linens. The owner spared no expense in providing everything imaginable, soft drinks, ice cream, bottled water, nice toiletries, and much more. The owner immediately responded if we had a question.

This location was perfect for us! It was close to the mountain activities we wanted to do: rafting at Idaho Springs, a day in Estes, and hiking near Golden. The house itself could not have been more clean, updated, or sufficient! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking a few meals, plus a few extra treats in the fridge (so nice!). Moniquea's communication was speedy, friendly and helpful. She made it so easy! We hope to stay here again and will recommend it highly to friends. Thank you, Moniquea!

This guest house was beautiful, nicely decorated, with all the amenities—kitchen was well stocked with utensils and with coffee, tea, snacks, chocolates. We were there for three days and visited the Denver art museum, saw a concert at Red Ricks, and took a hike in Golden Gate Canyon State park——all within 20 to 30 minutes drive. Hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend this place!

We had such a great stay. We couldn't believe how quiet this place was. Host was super easy to work with and so very accommodating. She even offered to bring out umbrellas to us during a storm to our car so that we could get in without getting wet. We all just took our shoes off and ran in the rain. Great memories made!!
