Stayed Feb 5, 2026This house was a real treat! The location was perfect for us to visit family nearby, and the neighborhood is quiet with lovely homes. Having a living room and kitchen made it a very comfortable stay. We did not use the pool, but it is right out the side door. (One note to those who need a larger bed, the bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed. We both slept great on the double!). Easy to communicate thru VRBO/email with the owner. Street parking was never a problem - we wound up in front of the house almost the entire time. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed Mar 22, 2025This was such perfect place for us during our visit. It's a very cute place in a nice neighborhood with plenty of street parking. The location is excellent - near studios, plenty of good restaurants and nicely situated near downtown LA and Pasadena, which are two places we visited. We also enjoyed the time we were at the house, which is very comfortable. And while we didn't use the pool, it's really nice to have access to, especially on hot days. Debbie was a really nice host, as well. We will definitely stay here the next time we're in the LA-area and highly recommend it.

Stayed Jun 19, 2024This was the first time my family and I stayed in a pool house and we were pleasantly surprised. It was cozy and spacious at the same time. There was enough space for the four of us and the neighborhood was peaceful. We were looking for somewhere inexpensive and close to Universal Studios. This place was a gem and the owners were a pleasure to meet and chat with. The kids (8 & 4) had a blast at the park and I hope to visit Debbie again in the future. Thanks for the memories.

Stayed Jun 3, 2024Everything was excellent. I stayed 6 days. Lovely neighborhood, quiet and well maintained. All necessary items well stocked. Clean, comfortable, host responsive. Would highly recommend and would stay again
