Only 2 miles from the gorgeous white sandy beaches of Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach, this pool home, located west of US41 and south of Bonita Beach Road, is perfect for couples looking to quietly retreat, with a private, lush garden surrounding the home. The screened in lanai, which features a heated pool, lounge chairs, and outdoor dining, faces south. Open the gorgeous French doors in the master suite for direct access to the lanai and pool. The master bathroom features his-and-her vanities, separate soaking tub and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also has direct access to the lanai and pool. The third bedroom has a twin bed and additional lounge seating.

Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.

* Three week minimum stay in the off season. One month minimum stay in season (January - March). February-March Bookings: Single and two month bookings are only allowed if the previous month has been rented.
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
* For safety, security, and property protection, this home may be equipped with exterior security cameras and/or video doorbells located around the outside of the property. These devices are used only to monitor exterior areas of the home and are not located inside the living space. Cameras may record video and/or audio.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and the pool were lovely and in a quiet location. The thing that let it down was the TV package. The TV reception was very basic and from an antenna (not cable). There were very few channels generally showing very old programs and frequently the signal was so poor it failed to give a picture for more than a few seconds.

    This place was perfect for our small family to get away. The sound system and apple TV in the house were great for listening to music in the house and out on the lenai. The ping pong table and all the pool beach toys were welcome. Came fully equipped with gear for us to hit the beach. I'm hoping it's available when we come back next year.

    Very spacious! Wonderful landscaped pool! Appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and thick bath towels. Definitely all the basics, but such a beautiful house needs more furniture, e.g. game table in Tina Turner area; larger dressers and less flimsy night stands in bedrooms. Would have preferred cable but did have Apple TV. Traffic on Bonita Beach Rd sometimes difficult to get across to turn into community but learned to be patient. Keyless entry would also have been nice.
