The Space:

The private pool is a highlight of this villa,perfect for relaxation and fun. Please note that pool/spa heating is not included in the reservation cost. If you desire heated water, please inquire about pricing at least 24 hours before your arrival so we can arrange it for you. The spa does not have jets.



Guest Access:

Enjoy exclusive access to the entire private villa, including the sparkling pool, perfect for a refreshing dip or lounging in the sun. The outdoor grill is available for your use, ideal for al fresco dining on the covered patio. Inside, you'll have full access to the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, and all four beautifully appointed bedrooms. The laundry room is also at your disposal. Please note that the garage is locked and off-limits.

The neighborhood is known for its peaceful atmosphere and beautiful views, making it an ideal location for relaxation and enjoyment. While specific walking distances vary, most attractions and services are easily accessible by car, ensuring a blend of serenity and convenience during your stay.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! While a car is recommended for exploring El Paso, free parking is available at the villa. For those relying on public transport, the Sun Metro bus system has routes throughout the city, though direct access from this specific location may require a short drive or ride-sharing service to a main bus stop. The El Paso International Airport (ELP) is approximately a 25-minute drive away. Consider using ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft for convenient transportation to and from the airport and other destinations.



Other Things to Note:

Please take note of the following details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee of $100, subject to availability. Please inform us in advance if you require either. The property has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests, including visitors. Only registered guests are allowed. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM; please be mindful of our neighbors. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the villa or near doors/windows; a $500 cleaning fee applies if violated. Pets are not allowed, and unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee. For pool heating, please inquire at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Free parking is available. The garage is locked and off-limits. Before departure, please place used towels in the washer, put used dishes in the sink, take out the trash, turn off lights/appliances, and lock all doors/windows.

    Our kids really enjoyed the warm pool even when it was a chilly day. The house was clean and roomy, the pictures didn’t do it justice. The beds are super comfortable and the host was great.

    Wonderful, beautiful. Beds were super. Had pretty much everything to cook with. Very private and quiet. Owner gets back to you quickly. Only downside— need more bath towels, washer pods, trash bags and dishwasher pods. All the dinnerware is glass which is not good with kids. Pool lounges would also be nice. We all felt safe and had a wonderful time. Pool may seem small but it was perfect. The outside kitchen is a plus with the large gas grill. Great view and wonderful sunset’s. Would recommend this property. The soaking tub and huge walk-in shower in master bathroom was nice. We bought pool toys and left them for the next guests as well as nonperishables ( play it forward). Our family enjoyed the stay

    This was our second time staying here, just as great as we remembered. Place is so nice, just like pictures, great quiet community, privacy, and cleanliness. Owner is responsive and great. Look forward to staying here a 3rd time at some point.

    Nice place. We enjoyed our stay. Clean and the pool was nice. The guest bedrooms were warmer than the rest of the house. Curtains or a shade for the slider in the living room would be nice to keep the late day sun out. Overall a nice place to stay.

    Sunsets and dawn are spectacular. Access to mountain trail is perfect. The great room is spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is beautiful and tables are comfortable. However, urinal in master bathroom stinks. Water for urinal is shut off to prevent use but allows escape of sewer gases. Closets had no or few hangers. Closet drawers need to be disinfected . Need furniture to place suitcases in the bedrooms instead of having everything on the floor. Spices in the pantry are stale and expired.
