Private Fire Pit w/ Swings & Hot Tub-Cmty Pools

We had a retreat for our Ruth Connection (widows) ladies from The Rock of NEA in Jonesboro AR. Green Gables was the perfect house for our group. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals. We loved the outdoor swings with the fire pit to relax around and visit. We made many wonderful memories here together. I would highly recommend Beth’s Breakaways. Beth goes above & beyond to make your stay the best it can be! Thank you Beth for everything!

The property is so lovely and so much thought went into all the details. This lodge exceeded our expectations in every way! Communication with the owners is wonderful from start to finish. I would highly recommend Beth’s Breakaways ! My family will be return customers.

This was my 2nd time staying at one of their properties and it was just as wonderful as the 1st time. My group and I have no complaints. We had a few suggestions or small things that were noticed. I let the property owners know and they welcomed the feedback. The property had everything you would need and more. We will definitely come back.

We booked the Green Gables Lodge for 16 people for 3 night College Friends get together. Everyone commented on how great the accommodation fit our large group size. Great indoor and outdoor spaces for large group. Great location close to State Park Marina for boat rental. Would recommend and will likely book this location again for our next get together.

Greatly enjoyed our stay. Every room was beautiful. Really enjoyed the Green Gables link. this is one of our favorite stories. We had a fire most nights and enjoyed setting on the swings. The kids enjoyed all the games available. It was homey yet special. Kitchen was beautiful. We all were thankful for the chance to stay there. I was most thankful because all the family were satisfied.

The property has lots of space and many outdoor activities right on the property. We had most of our meals at the property. There were plenty of spaces to eat together. A good place to bond with family.

The layout of the house was wonderful to give family members their space individually as well as communally. We especially enjoyed our evenings at the big table, eating and playing games. Both kitchens were well furnished, and everything in the house worked. The two sets of washers and dryers were so helpful. There were plenty of supplies to get us started, and there were many games and puzzles available for entertainment as well. We utilized all three outdoor grills, which was wonderful for our group of twenty! The three decks were a great place for relaxing and visiting, and the backyard space allowed plenty of room for competitive corn hole games. The house was clean, and the location is very convenient to the Branson and Table Rock activities. The host is responsive and very cheerful! We are grateful for the opportunity to gather in a house with such an uplifting atmosphere. Without a doubt, we highly recommend Beth's Breakaways vacation homes!

We were very pleased with our stay at Green Gables Lodge. There were 11 adults and 11 children. There was space for everyone. The lodge was clean and welcoming.

Beth was wonderful. Answered immediately upon request and always on top of everything we needed.

This place was fantastic. Had everything you would want and need. We had 17 guests and plenty of space and fun games and outside gathering spots. Properly manager responded to the few questions we had very quickly. We left an electronic item there and they found and shipped it quickly. Great place to rent.

I have rented many places over the years and this one is in my top 3. This property has the most well equipped kitchen I've ever come across in a rental. The space was well appointed and everyone enjoyed their own private space to retire to. The family gathering areas were a great bonus. Will definitely be returning again.

We have a large family and the amount of beds and baths were perfect. So many things to do at the facility and the indoor swimming pool in walking distance - our family didn’t want to leave the property.

The Green Gables was a great place to stay with a large family of ages 3-60. Everything was perfect! We loved everything about our stay there including the location. Beth was great to work with and communicated well throughout the process. You won't be disappointed!

Our stay was for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. We had 26 people in our group and the house had plenty of room for us. The private hot tub was nice and the community pools were well used. More than enough appliances, dishes, towels, etc. for a large group.

This house is simply great! Well appointed; well stocked; great layout! Everything in this house screams QUALITY. We wanted for nothing. We loved that most of the bedrooms had king size beds and private bathrooms. The two bunk bedrooms were perfect for the grandkids. Having 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers on the main level was great! The grandkids loved the indoor and the outdoor pools, the hot tub and the video games. The firepit was great for s'mores. There were TVs in every room. The pool table was our after-hours entertainment. We were even invited to write on the stairwell walls! My adult kids said this is, by far, the BEST rental house we've ever stayed in on our family vacations. Thanks, Beth, for allowing us to rent this gem!.

Great location for a house that accommodated our family wonderfully. So many amenities that the house included to make our time at the house enjoyable. Beth was prompt in responding and took action quickly with any needs or issues. Would stay at one of her properties again in the future.

This house became our family home for a week. We filled every room with fun and laughter. If you’re looking for a great place to bring the family, this is place. A lot of family meals during our stay and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. It’s such a great place to “hang your hat” (or the hats of 20+ of your favorite friends or family) while visiting the Branson area.

We had a wonderful family reunion at Beth's house. The three levels and layout of 5,000 square feet was perfect for our party of 26. I was concerned that it would be chaotic & noisy with so many people ages 3-65. It was relaxing and comfortable. We were there Monday through Wednesday and enjoyed having the pool to ourselves most of the time. Thank you for a lovely stay!
