Private Estate overlooking 60 acre horse farm

This property is very beautiful. The house is very comfortable inside. Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with the pool, we couldn’t use it because it was really dirty. It took more than three days to be cleaned, we left today and the water wasn’t completely clean.Other than that, the view is very nice, you see horses everywhere and the beach is only 15 minutes away.

While the home met all of our needs as far as space is concerned I feel inclined to share about our overall experience. The home is very large with an amazing layout. Our family of nine had no problem staying comfortably for the week. It is important to note that upon checking in we noticed that there weren't any directions left for checkout. There weren't any towels in the bathrooms, instead they were all in cabinets in the laundry room. We spent two hours finding remote controls that worked for each TV, and that included replacing batteries in some. There were multiple lights that did not work within the home. The lock on the back sliding door that led to the pool was broken off, which was not ideal for a family with little kids. The sinks in the primary bath did not drain. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked. As far as the pool area is concerned, this is where we were left disappointed. It seems that the outdoor area isn't maintained at all. The pool had a large orange ring around the water line. Most of the deck furniture was broken or ripped. The grill wasn't functional. There weren't any tools to clean the pool, and instead all of the broken pool tools were left laying out on the yard. Our biggest disappointment was the pool heaters were not working- we did reach out to MNGT about this as it was chilly during our stay and they replied that they were waiting for a part to fix the heater. House has so much potential- pics are not accurate of outside.

Wonderful home with a great host! The farm is beautiful! The house is gorgeous and very roomy! If you love horses, take a riding lesson with Alisha! She is amazing!

Beautiful house with all the amenities. The host is very easy to work with and helpful with the few minor problems we had. This is our 3rd year to stay here for an annual event, and we always have a great stay!

We distinctly got the impression that they don’t rent out this house very often. The shaded area of the pool deck was covered in bird droppings and the windows were obviously unclean. The lack of an instruction manual for the features of the home was a strong hint, as the climate control, dishwasher, oven and televisions clearly needed them. We also had to ask for the WiFi password, which is unusual.The host was quite accommodating during the booking process and the early part of our stay. We were taken aback by the sudden change in tone from our host when we brought up the fact that the home were not being heated and had become quite cold (low 60’s). There was going to be a cold snap coming over Florida so we were concerned.A handyman came out and seemed to think that everything was working, but only checked the thermostat. The attic stairs were down and we went up to see if there appeared to be anything wrong with the hvac system. We took pictures of the control panel and asked the host if everything seemed okay. Instead they complained to VRBO that we did something inappropriate (pictures were not posted publicly).From that point onwards there was no communication except to tell us that we were free to leave and take a refund for the unused days. That was not an option for us.This was very disappointing. The farm was quite attractive, the pool area(when warm) is gorgeous and there is plenty of room for a large family gathering. We won't be returning.

We stayed at this home while in Vero Beach for a baseball tournament at the Jackie Robinson Training Complex, which was conveniently just 12 minutes away. The beach was also a quick 15-minute drive, and all the stores and essentials were within 10 minutes. The location was perfect, and the home had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place!

We had a great weekend at this property. The pool was huge, hot tub was at perfect temperature, kitchen had everything, beds were super comfortable, and plenty of room for our party. Would definitely stay here again!

Not much to say- Absolutely incredible property as well as Owner/Manager. Can't think of anything to complain about even after trying.

My family really enjoyed this property for a last minute vacation. Owner was very helpful and nice. If I could give her 5 stars over and over I would. Thank you so much again for everything.
