This beautiful 4,000+ square foot home delivers a relaxing experience in the Coachella Valley. Its close proximity to the freeway and main highway makes it simple for guests to travel to nearby destinations such as shopping, outlet, beautiful hiking, phenomenal golfing, and the valley's most well-known destinations, including Coachella Fest, Stagecoach, Joshua Tree, the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, the Palm Springs Film Festival, and the Acrisure Arena.

INTERIOR:
• WiFi: Login information will be posted in the home.
• Fire extinguishers: One in the laundry room on top of the dryer, the other in the garage to the left when exiting the family room.
• First Aid Kits: Located under the sink of the jack-in-jill bathroom & under the sink in the back master bathroom.

EXTERIOR:
• Pool Towels: Basket of towels located in the TV room.
• Pool Umbrellas: Available for use, Keep closed when not in use or when windy.
• BBQ Grill: Available for use and stored in the garage.
• Trash Bins: Located outside along the wall of the driveway near the garage door.

RULES
• Quiet time is 10pm.
• A list of vehicles and license plates will be requested upon arrival. Vehicles not listed will be towed away.
• All vehicles, storage units, lock doors, and pantries must be left alone and respected.
• March - October, pool & jacuzzi heating will be unavailable.

RESTRICTIONS:
• No additional guests or visitors
• No motorhomes/travel vans
• No vendors of any kind
• No third-party rentals
• No events
• No smoking on property
• No pets
• No additional items to be brought in such as: pools, inflatables of any kind, water slides, mechanical bulls, DJs, cooks/chefs, vendors, stages, etc.
• No paint parties, mani/pedi parties, spa/massages/facial parties
• No driving in or through the desert basin in the front yard
• No driving in or around the backyard
• No vehicles beyond the gates to the backyard
• No hitting golf balls
• No fireworks/sparklers of any kind
• No food or drinks in any carpeted rooms
• Do not sit on interior chairs and upholstery while wet
• Do NOT unplug the locked fridge in the garage.

Upon booking, you agree to all terms, conditions, restrictions, etc. Not adhering to any of the rules and restrictions may forfeit your deposit, and your party may be asked to leave the property.

DEPARTURE:
• Please leave the house as received and with a clean kitchen
• Put all towels used in the washroom
• No need to strip beds
• All trash must be taken out.
• All dishes, utensils, pots, and pans must be washed and returned to where they were found, countertops cleaned. Do not use abrasives on stainless steel.

MISCELLANEOUS:
• Please remove decorative pillows and comforters before bed.
• House is equipped with instant HOT water; no need to run water.
• House and carpet freshly cleaned, please help us keep it that way.
• Exterior cameras on property.
• Keep windows and doors closed at all times.
• Weather: Wind may occur during your stay, which may cause sand to blow on patios and in the pool.
• Noise: Occasional rain and road noise may be heard from the property.
• Keep umbrellas closed when not in use. Keep umbrellas closed if windy.
• Prices for Coachella, Stage Coach, and other events or festivals are subject to change.
