Private En Suite Large Master Bedroom With King Sized Bed

This was a perfect place for us to stay while visiting our college student! We could walk to their dorm, go for a run, enjoy our morning coffee on the private patio and glimpse the lake through the beautiful garden. The property owners were very welcoming and gracious. Their home is lovely and on a quiet residential street. The bed and bath linens were luxurious and there was ample closet storage for us to store our suitcase and hang our raincoats. We hope to come back soon!

We enjoyed our two 2-night stays at this quiet property. Woodie and Bill were very accommodating and provided a clean, comfortable place for us to rest while visiting our daughter in Burlington. We loved the sunset on their back deck! Would stay here again next time we visit.

bill and woodie were nice hosts and very communicative. the room was clean and a good size. however, the air conditioning was turned off in the middle of the night both nights we were there, and we both got bad sleep because the room got very hot without AC. the location is very peaceful, but it is at the top of a big hill and a bit of a hike to get back from downtown if you're walking.

Appreciate the hospitality. No access to kitchen/coffee etc, more like a hotel room within a house, but relatively affordable and very close to UVM campus, short walk to our son's dorm.

The room was very clean and good size. The neighborhood was quiet. The host Bill and Woodie were very nice and give us some suggestions for us to visit on our journey home. We really enjoy our stay.

Charming guest suite in an excellent location to enjoy downtown Burlington. Quiet, peaceful, a very comfortable king sized bed, and having a walk in closet to use was a bonus. The deck off the bedroom is lovely and private. The owner’s offered for us to enjoy the large deck off the back of the house to relax and take in the views of lake Champlain which we did prior to heading out for dinner. I highly recommend staying here.

It was absolutely delightful! I was there for the weekend and it was the perfect amount of time to see downtown Burlington and meet a lot of people. I would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay! This was a comfortable, affordable spot just minutes away from downtown Wilmington and a wedding we were attending in the area. This had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed, spacious closet, nice bathroom, and outdoor area where we could sit. We look forward to staying again sometime!

We were in town for a special Birthday & Anniversary party. Our flights were delayed/cancelled and Woodie & Bill were very attentive to all the last minute changes. We appreciated the quiet, private, quaint space with beautiful outdoors. We will be back!

Bill and Woodie were lovely, and communication was ideal. The room is large with an extremely comfy bed, and pretty outside area. I was on foot so it was a bit of a trek but, I knew that before going, anyway was kind enough to drop me off once and would have again if I'd asked Im sure

This is a wonderful neighborhood and home. You do not have anything to cook with nor a refrigerator, but if you're fine with that everything else is top class. Wonderful hosts, designated off-street parking, happy to accommodate a need. No lockbox, etc. so maybe for a very late arrival not great, but otherwise a wonderful spot for a quiet single or couple that just needs a bed and bathroom.

Very well maintained unit located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. This was our first time staying in a VRBO where the owners were on the property. However, the owners were very considerate of our privacy and made sure the unit was cooled properly during the extremely warm VT days. We enjoyed our stay.

The home is in a very lovely neighborhood less than a mile from downtown with its open air mall and many restaurants. It’s also easy to access highways to other parts of the beautiful state of Vermont. The home owners were really responsive from the time of our booking to the day of our reservation. Upon our arrival we were met by one of the owners to explain the room and to offer us access to a gorgeous deck with a view of Lake Champlain. The room was very quiet and comfortable. We rate it among the best experiences we have had with by owner rentals and would not hesitate to stay there again.
